A nice outdoor patio which is where our group met. It was a nice atmosphere and we were able to talk with out shouting at each other as it wasn't very loud both music and the people there. Everyone was just enjoying themselves. Only thing was the service we experienced was poor but not a dealbreaker maybe it was low employee turnout or just off that night. Still worth trying for being in Tijuana I say it's better than the ones in Cali.
