The ceiling is lit up with colored lights and there is an airplane vibe. The tables are huge so you don't feel cramped, or you can opt sit at the bar. They also have a pool table if you like to shoot pool. The staff are all super friendly and helpful making sure you have everything you need. On our first visit we started with propellers (shoestring french fries) they were very crispy just the way we like them. We shared the Piper Flat Bread next. There was a good amount of toppings and the horseradish sauce was so good. We did wish for red pepper flakes but it was great without. We had planned to order more but that filled us up with leftovers. Second trip I opted for nachos and they were delicious crisp chips with normal toppings baked until cheese is melted and crispy on the edges! The best pub nachos I've had in a long time! Enough for 4 people for sure. Hubby had the hangar burger and he said it was great served with the same great shoestring fries. We just discovered this TT Campground, and The Hangar will more than likely be the first place we eat every time we visit in the future. We are super happy we found a new favorite place

It's not El Gaucho but it wasn't $100 either. Very good. My wife had a burger and it was excellent. Sweet potato fries were great. Good value and very good meal. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

All the food was fresh, hot and delicious. The tomato bisque was exceptional! Terry, the cook, came out and said hello, asking me how I liked the meal. I let him know that I'm a trained chef, and his meal was fabulous! The waitress said he's worked there for 15 years, that his specialty is prime rib, served every Saturday. I will definitely be back for that. This bar has been here 85 years, and I moved here 30 years ago but had never been here till this evening. I'm guessing the food here is better than most of the restaurants in Wenatchee. The decor is plain and simple. The ambience is what you would expect in a local bar with a long history and a loyal local clientele. Nonetheless, the service was excellent and the staff was friendly. Even being charged a 4% credit card processing fee, food pricing is better than other restaurants. So are the quality and portion sizes. New tables and chairs with cushioned seating fill two dining rooms. And there is plenty of offstreet parking. All things considered, it's worth the 20 minute drive from Wenatchee down to Rock Island, just to enjoy the food and the drinks. I don't think anyone gets turned away here. What's not to like? This was a five star experience for me.

Decent little community pub with a good selection of beer…read more If you're staying in the area, it's recommended to walk here as there isn't much parking. All the parking is usually the local golf carts. Also - next door is the town convenience store. Pizza was a nice pan pizza with a ton of toppings. As we pulled each slice out, everything fell off. Either need to add some thin layers of cheese inbetween the toppings to get everything to stick or find another way where 90% of the toppings won't fall off. Could probably take the politically driven sign down now considering the mask mandates are lifted. Pretty unnecessary at this point.

They do not enforce the governors regulations of mask wearing and nobody wears masks. (See photo of sign) It felt very unsafe. But we were starving and it was the only place in the area so we put our masks on, sat outside and tried our best to keep our distance from all of the irresponsible patrons and wait staff. Also, get ready to wait. Pizza takes about an hour because it's made to order. For exceptional pizza it'd be worth the wait, but I was underwhelmed. Dough was burnt on the bottom but not all the way cooked through. Filled with topping but it was almost too cheesy, which is saying a lot for someone who loves cheese. Salads were... eh... boring. And to top it off prices are too high!
