I love all the brands Oakley, Costa, Rip Curl, etc. The staff was pretty nice. I did buy a Ron Jon pop socket for my phone. Probably overpaid for a Ron Jon logo one but alas I'm from the West Coast and I thought it was cool. When I got back home I found a cute Ron Jon sticker they put in my bag. At register I noticed the person before me was asked if they were in the system but I was not. Both this time and the previous time I was there. I had to ask the employee if she was going to look me up in the system because I am and prefer email receipts. I would highly suggest re-training employees on customer service. No matter what age or race. People should be treated with respect. I will continue shopping at SMU but stick with Annapolis and Bethesda stores.
