Ever…read more My house was built with white carpet, and I believe that this is quite honestly the worst decision that any home builder could make. That aside, I am so glad to have found out about Tyson's company. He actually did my mother-in-laws house the week previous, and they were really happy with his work, so I called him to have him do the white carpets in my home that had been destroyed by our maniacal milk and juice wielding babies. I was genuinely disgusted with how the carpet looked and forewarned Tyson that it probably won't come up but that I would appreciate if he could just do what he could to get it as clean as possible. He seemed confident that my expectations would be surpassed, and they seriously were! Tyson and his dad were in and out in just over an hour, and my carpets went from looking dingy and tired to literally looking brand new. I was completely shocked. So was my wife! I don't know what kind of voodoo is in that little rotary brush cleaner that they use, but whatever it is, it's powerful. A few things that I would like to share that made this experience even better (other than the super clean carpets) -Tyson, and his dad are super friendly. I stood there chatting with them throughout the process of them cleaning the carpets. -They are clean people that actually care about making sure they do a really good job. -They don't mind explaining what they're doing, or how their processes work. -Lastly, they were fast, and efficient, and the prices were super fair! I will definitely be using them again, and I've already recommended them to my friends and co-workers.

Very disappointed with the way this person handles his business. I wanted to give a small business…read morethe opportunity to do work but what a disaster. This was for a move out cleaning for a small 2 bedroom apartment. First, I was quoted for the rooms and hallway I needed cleaned for $109 but when he arrived, he took a look and started to make claims about how there is another small dining room area that needed cleaning and a little bit of slime my daughter accidentally left on the carpet. After all his "reasons" to how much more work it would be, he stated it would be $160, almost 50% more than he quoted. It's still a good price but I felt that he was very misleading with his quote to get my business. I just wished he was more professional with the way he talked to his customers. We agreed to $150 and he proceeded to do his carpet cleaning. The entire cleaning process took about 30 mins and maybe 5-10 to set up and disassemble. After inspection, the slime didn't come out and there were areas of the carpet that were still dark. I noticed other small pieces of junk and realized he didn't even vacuum. I wish I took some pictures to show everyone. He then proceeded to argue with me to get an additional $10 to get the remaining slime out. Seems odd when he was confident that he could get it out at the beginning. Then he started bring out racial issues, which angered me and was an unnecessary thing for him to do. I'm a minority as well but there no need to bring out racial slurs while discussing the work. I guess you get what you paid for and I've learned my lesson to not trust every local business posted on Craigslist. If you want to deal with an unethical businessman who does a poor job, then this is your guy! I'll never use him again nor recommend him to anyone. Zero stars in my opinion.

Unfortunately, after the cleaning was completed, noticeable stains were still left on the furniture. I contacted the company to discuss the issue and give them an opportunity to remedy the situation, but instead of addressing my concerns, they blocked me via phone and social media. As a paying customer, I expected professional customer service and a willingness to stand behind their work. Instead, I was left with stained furniture and no resolution. Mistakes can happen with any service company, but how a business handles customer concerns says a lot about its integrity. Based on my experience, Sac Sparks Cleaning failed to provide satisfactory results and failed to provide any meaningful customer support after receiving payment. I am very disappointed and would not use their services again. They are scammers and I hope $230 was worth ruining your business

Now, cleaning a fine oriental rug is not your average no-brainer! First of all, only a few local firms specialize in the care of oriental rugs. Carpet cleaning companies that tell you they'll do it? Proceed at your own risk, as the vegetable dyes and hand knotted wool can be irreparably damaged by the wrong technique and/or chemicals. I'd done quite a bit of research before settling on Artistic Associates oriental rug cleaners. My first try (like many people) was the "other" Sacramento rug cleaning place. By far the cheapest, I didn't feel comfortable with their cleaning techniques, nor with the less-than-stellar reviews. Another local company appears quite competent, but I just couldn't pull the trigger based on their $400+ estimate. Here's the price range I found for cleaning our 8x10.5 rug: $125-$450. At $250, Artistic Associates oriental rug cleaning was right in the middle, but several discussions with the owner, Marion, made me feel this was the right place. Their cleaning process is thorough, effective and gentle. Nominal pickup/delivery fee got me a professional team with a trailer doing all the heavy lifting.
