I never have problem with parking. The optometrist is nice and helpful, and the ladies in the front are great. The lady who ran the area for purchasing glasses is also friendly and does not push for expensive upgrades. I have been here before and thought everything was just great but coming with my dad who is wheelchair bound made me realize how inaccessible this place is. 1. No handicap automatic door. Getting through the door was a hassle because I had to hold the door open while trying to maneuver the wheelchair. 2. Unaware staff. The tech who did the initial exams did not know how to deal with someone in a wheelchair and was not making accommodations. I had to move things around, including machinery, so that my dad could access them. 3. Having to transfer to the exam chair. Hear me out. I am 5'3" and my dad is 6'2". Helping him transfer was not an easy task and the tech was no help--I had to ask her to move a chair out of the way and she did not know the foot rest moved (and figured it when it was too late). I hope that there are other optometrists that have accommodations for people in wheelchair, and next time I take my dad anywhere, I'll make sure to ask about accommodations and staff training.

The first pair of glasses came after 2 weeks. The second pair has still not come as of June 14, 2024. A couple of weeks ago i stopped by after being told the other pair was in. When I got there they said they had made a mistake and the other pair wasn't in. They told me they'd reach out again when they came in. Last Friday I called during business hours and no-one answered. I stopped by on my way to work and there was a sign saying they were closed for training. I called on Monday and nobody answered during business hours. I stopped by again and was told that they would reach out to the company and call me on Tuesday. Did they call? Nope. I tried calling again on Thursday and surprise, no answer. I stopped by again. I was not happy and let the lady at the front desk know it. Instead of apologizing, she said, "As you can see we are quite busy and have a lot of customers here in the office." They are going to have one less customer to deal with. They actually sent me a message this morning, via text, telling me to reach out to my safety supervisor to see what's going on with my order. That front desk person has no business being in front of customers with her attitude. When I later put them on, it was clear something was wrong and they needed adjustment. I called to schedule a fitting, which should have been done at the time of pick-up, only to be told it would cost an additional $120. On top of that, if I needed different lenses, I would be responsible for the cost out of pocket. This entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. For the price they charge, I expected far better service and care. I won't be returning and will take my business somewhere else where they actually care about and take care of their customers.
