As a business owner for many years I am very disappointed in the practices at Pure Barre. During my first month I was sick several days. When my first month ended all the left over sessions were removed from my account. I assumed, (yes I know the adage) that the sessions were removed from my account due to me scheduling and cancelling my classes, even though I tried to cancel within the 4 hour window I was told about. In December the facility cancelled several classes. Primarily the 8:30 class I used. Also, during December there was family illnesses that required my full attention, and I only scheduled one class and missed it. In addition to removing a session from my account I was charged an additional $15.00. I could live with that, not that I liked it. However when my month ended, not at month end, my sessions were once again deleted. Obviously I missed the memo of this practice. This made my decision to cancel my membership, which I obviously still paid for in January. May I suggest that you make sure that in the future you provide written rules to new members. I never received anything written about any of these policies. Enjoy a Blessed Day!

It's definitely one of those places where you know you're going to get your money's worth. My only wish is that it was a bit more hands-on when it comes to correcting form. With reformer Pilates, small adjustments make a big difference, and a little more individualized feedback would make the experience even better (and safer). Overall still a great workout and a fun vibe -- just would love a touch more coaching attention!

Perhaps this class was not fully beginner friendly, but I still enjoyed it. The instructor explained that being overwhelmed with the unfamiliar terms is totally normal, and did a great job of walking me through the different parts of the mega reformer. I purchased grippy socks at the studio, and they had a great variety, with different colors, embroidery's, and sizes. I found street parking near the studio!

She pushes me every in session. Taking Pilates on an actual reform machine is so cool. The best way I explained it to my friends that have never taken it is that its like ballet weight lifting in a way. I come twice a week and do Planet Fitness alternating days. I am so impressed with how my muscles feel different than they do when lifting weights. I feel longer and leaner and the movements are just so different. I am loving the differences this makes my body feel. I especially love Jump classes on Friday, what a cardio workout and NO impact on the knees!

Rather, uncoordinated. Clumsy...) It's the best all around workout my body has ever had and that I've been consistent with! It makes me feel better, physically as well and general emotional/stress relief. No judgement zone-all shapes -sizes -ages -ethnicities -gender -abilities-politics.... all are welcome.
