We saw an advertisement for an RV of potential interest in their Woodford, VA lot, and sent an email expressing our interest to see the vehicle. A sales representative, Kurt, reached out to us, and we scheduled an appointment for 2 days later. Upon arrival, we found that Kurt had the RV waiting for our inspection. He had opened the "pop up" on the RV, and it had been freshly washed. Kurt was great, patiently answering questions -- before and after our test drive. We were also very pleased that he didn't "pressure a sale" nor did he try to up-sale us. Following our meeting, he sent professional emails to both me and my husband. We're still considering what options are most important to us in an RV, but Campers Inn will definitely be a company that we would consider purchasing from. We obviously can't speak to their prices, financing, nor servicing.

I called Sullivan's and they had a tow truck to him within 30min. The driver towed his car to Walmart and he waited there until my son got the lug wrench he needed, changed his tire, and was back on the road. Now that is fantastic customer service and just good people being good when it was so needed! I appreciate Sullivan's and the unnamed driver that showed us such kindness more than I can say!

We wanted a "metal plate" that holds the connection (so you can connect it with one hand) but it was hard for them to do with all of the plastic below the bumper area, but they made it happen. Yes, I may trade SUV's too often but I like to have them equipped with a hitch. I got a quote from John who is very personable and a true sales guy. Maybe not always exact with his part numbers and quotes. I had an appointment today and when I showed up they were ready for me. After consulting with Vince, his more experienced partner, it was determined the wiring harness quote was off by $175.00. This purchase is a cost/benefit equation so I had to make a decision. After considering all the options, I decided to go ahead with it. Utijlmatey it was $91.00 more. Vince stepped in and helped with the labor of taking apart the rear interior to get the job done. Wiring a German made SUV isn't always an exact science. The Audi dealership quoted $1,200.00, I would never pay that but it was a point of reference. I felt confidant that I was getting quality work here and they would stand behind it. I was a bit bothered they were off the original estimate. It was just that...an estimate so...all is well that ends well.
