We had an accident near Fredericksburg, Va in June of 2023. Luckily, we chose Corbin's RV to do the repair work! Mike and his team did an amazing job in repairing the entire front of our Fleetwood motorhome. Unfortunately, the parts were not easily available, so Mike went the extra mile and had to have several parts made. Since we had several campsites reserved in the fall and in early 2024, Mike arranged for us to pick up our unit and we did all of camping until June, 2024. I have multiple RV's that I own as rental units and the crew at Corbins have always promptly repaired my units while understanding that an RV awaiting service does not help my rental business. They were always cognizant of my rental calendars and I have yet lost a rental because a repair was not complete. I have needed to have work done on my RV on two occasions now and, after calling around to various other locations, Corbin's was the only one that could get me in without having to wait weeks or even months. The first occasion was to repair a generator that was under warranty from when I purchased the unit, and the only issue experienced was in getting the work authorized and paid for by the insurance company. Once that was worked out, the repairs were made in a highly professional manner and the generator is running like a champ to this day! On the second occasion, I took my unit in for an annual safety inspection at another location (didn't know at the time that I could get this done at Corbin's) and they identified an issue with the mirror-mounted turn/marker lights, but could not fix the issue since their parts person would not be in until the next week. But, if I wanted to come back they would add me to the wait list (~2-3 weeks) to look at the lights.... Called Corbin's to see if they could take care of the light issue as well as a front-end alignment. They were able to get me in right away and, rather than doing and charging for an unnecessary alignment, determined one of the front tires was bad and causing the shaking that prevented me from getting up to highway speeds. The issue with the light turned out to be more of an issue since they had not been properly replaced/installed prior to my purchase, but they were able to diagnose and correct that issue as well. In-and-out in one day and at reasonable price for RV work!! They are definitely a no-frills establishment but they do have an eclectic, but useful, collection of parts and equipment for sale in the lobby area. I would definitely recommend them to others since I have had no issues with the services provided on either of my visits. Went in to see a RV for sale. I stood at the counter for quite some time before someone decided to acknowledge my existence. I asked to see a moderately priced RV. They tell me their only associate that can show the RV just left for lunch. Ok, I'll come back. They say no he'll come back in 15 minutes. I decide to wait. I have a 2001 Fleetwood Southwind 32V, and the Autopark system had stopped working. I live on the coast of N.C., and could not find anyone who was willing to work on it, and after searching for a year, thought I was going to have to take it to REV in Indiana. However, a tip from a parts supplier in Alabama told me about a repair shop in Fredericskburg, Va. named Corbins RV. Short version, I setup an appointment and dropped off the RV, expecting to have to come back in several weeks. I got a call THE VERY NEXT DAY to tell me it was fixed and ready. It seemed too good to be true, but sure enough it was working successfully (and they did a front end alignment as well!). Bryan was very friendly, and didn't perform any repairs not specified by me. Cost was reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my RV back for any future repairs. A+ read more

Had an issue with a Carefree awning and limited time to get it fixed before getting on the road. Called Corbin's to see if there was any chance they could work me in and was told to bring it by (same day) and they'd do the best they could to work it in. Techs were all busy when I arrived but after a very reasonable time their Carefree certified tech looked at my awning, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the awning which was damaged during shipping. This business misplaced a power cord in November 2018 when our RV was being fixed. The next time that the RV was used was July 3 - July 7, 2019. When I set up my RV at the campground in Virginia Beach on July 3 I saw that there was no power cord in the locked compartment. In order to get the RV setup, I needed to purchase a new power cord as soon as possible as it was also 100 degrees outside. I stopped by Corbin's RV to request a reimbursement of $248.00 for the power cord that their team replaced and they refused. They blamed it on someone breaking in while it was stored however, NOTHING else is missing. Doubtful. I supposedly spoke with the owner Michael Corbin. I am requesting a full reimbursement of the $248.00. Apparently, customer service is not their thing. read more

At one time he was the most honest mechanic and business man you could have found. My, how some people change. People and things change. Some for good, some, for the bad. That all changed when me and my wife bought a used motorhome from these people. We paid NADA value for something that was not anywhere near a true value. I had just about died, on my way to see Jesus, the month prior to this rip off starting, I started hemorrhaging. I was in ICU for 6 .5 days, and took over 13 units of blood, 5 frozen plasmas, and 3 or 4 platelets, and I do not know what else happened to me for 4 of those days. We had looked at another motor home, prior to me being in the hospital. I use to talk to Mike from time to time, and we fished together from time to time, and after I got out of the hospital I talked to Mike a few times, and he said he had something that fit about what we were looking for, and we went to his place and took a test ride in what we had talked about, the motor home we ended up buying. The computers were always down when I asked for a copy of the history. The oil was down 3.5 gallons, and we had to pay for over a $650.00 with all filters replaced and new oil. This turned into a nightmare! The starter solenoid was bad. We were told all of the tires were replaced w/in the 6 months prior to our buying this nightmare. The tires were so dry rotted, one of the 4 rear tires was flat, and we had to replace all 6 tires. We took it for a good checkup at another business, and spent nearly $3,000.00 more. By the time we were getting this Junker ready to try to go somewhere, we spent over $7,000.00. I sold it with a clean mind that everything was working when I sold it. The man that bought it had a RV man check it out real well, a real long test drive, and at that time everything checked out good. On the man's first trip the generator went bad, remember diesel, very expensive! He got that fixed and went on another trip, and the radiator went bad. That cost big bucks to have those problems fixed. NADA guide that we paid for this said everything should work great and look like new. This motor home had so many things that were bad, or going bad, that we realized we were played for fools. I would highly recommend staying away from this place, as they don't mind lying to you at all. Don't fall for the religious lies. Whenever I talked to anyone to have Mike call me, he never did. His wife, brother, son, and all do not mind about lying to you. I know he now has a big place in Fredericksburg. Drive as fast as you can past this place, they are really great liars. No one should trust Corbin's RV! Buy used RV's from private people, or go to a dealer that sells new and used RV's. Corbin's carries the junk the real dealers won't keep on their lots! If he is willing to screw up a nearly 30 year friendship like he did me, think of how bad he will screw a stranger. Go to a real dealer, and save your money from becoming a 'BAD DEAL' with this place called Corbin's RV. Stay away from Corbin's, if your smart! read more

One star is way more than these guys deserve!! Stay away!! These guys are scam artists. No one in the building knows what's going on. Any questions you ask will have several different answers. Your bill will be higher every time you check. We found the parts at half of what they were charging and this caused the owner, Mike Corbin to start yelling and talking to us in a way that just blew my mind. I'm the customer and you're yelling at me? This should be no surprise though, the owners son (Mike Jr.) will tell you to your face that "the customer is rarely right in this business" and he will "stand behind that". They found a way to slip the money we saved on the parts back into the bill by jacking up the labor costs and charging you for things they said there would be no charge for.. They do work you do not authorize, their shop looks like a junk store. The owner will yell at you, talk over you, interrupt you, treat you with absolutely no respect. If they tell you they will call you back, don't hold your breath. If they tell you they will meet you at a certain time forget it, they will be 45 minutes late. Your vehicle will not be ready when they say it will, the first time, the second time or the third time.They charged us $20 for caulk and two hours labor to caulk seven little windows. Labor is $125 and hour and this guy is angry that we saved on the parts. They will tell you they are doing things for free and then they show up on the bill. These guys are as dishonest as they come. Oh and by the way their huge dog will jump all over you when you come in the door and the other one will growl at you. If you want to be treated with total disrespect, price gouged, lied to, and scammed by a totally unprofessional business go to Corbin's RV, you won't be disappointed on any count. I'll update this once I get a chance to check out my rv. I fully expect to have to take these guys to court for doing a crap job. read more

Very rude. Wouldn't even bother if you didn't have too! Drove two hours to look at a camper we'd been looking for forever, got stuck in traffic.. should have called. Yes. But they knew we were coming, we get there & their not taken care of dogs come running out at us.. okay cool no big deal. They were dirty & smelled horrible. The lady there tells us the person who was going to show us the camper had just left at 330, we arrived at 338. She calls him 3 times, straight to voicemail. Whatever. She calls someone else on speaker & he pretty much says fuck us because we were stuck in traffic & we said we'd be there at 2. Never once said a time.. so that was their fault for assuming. I could not believe how rude he was over the phone. We walked right out.. I'll go somewhere else. Their service was VERY POOR. The camper was tucked in behind all trashy campers, they didn't even pull it out so we could look at it, it was tucked in so close so we wouldn't have been able to open any slides. Anything. Great service. Our A/C on our RV broke while visiting in Maryland. Called several shops no one could get us in. Called Corbin's they said they would be happy to work on it right away. Brian the service manager, put Chris to work on it right away, Chris determined the unit was shot and determined the the A/C was under warranty. He called domestic and they shipped a new unit in 48 hours. These guys are great. Saved us a bunch of money. Chris the tech gave us alot of helpful advice. Also while on the roof he noticed a tear in the rubber. He repaired it. If I am back in the area and need repairs I will drive out of my way to use this shop. Good people great service. read more

Rude doesn't come close to how these guys act if u question their work or the quality of their used inventory. These guys stay in business because they move about every three years or so. Based on a friend's rec, I tried these guy when I needed my RV a/c fixed asap before a big family trip. All other RV shops told me to call back in a few months. Although these guys don't run the tidiest front office and they have big/hairy dogs on the premises, they did a great job with my a/c and got my unit back to me in a week (they did a great job with my buddy's slide out-which aint no picnic). So if you want kcup coffee in a stylish lounge go elsewhere...if you want good work on your rv with a quick turn around-see Mike. Folks - for those who need trailer, van, bus, camper service and repairs - look no further - this is your one stop shop. I had a Leonard trailer from the local Fredericksburg that the dealer on Rt. 1 sold me, as their brand name product - turns out it was a Rocky Top trailer and they had renamed it to Leonard with stickers all over it unbeknownst to me (sound familiar?) and conveniently, when I called and needed the trailers roof repaired where the roof from recent heavy snow had collapsed a bit and the roof seals had separated - all the sudden it wasn't theirs and they weren't going to make the repairs even though I wasn't even seeking a warranty repair - surprise! So I found Brian after reading the "Yelp" reviews at Corbin's, who took my leaking trailer in, ASAP - repaired it to a tee and ahead of the promised delivery date with a very high quality repair job and super friendly service techs all eager and glad to assist, making sure I was pleased with their work and job results; the tech even gave me a fork lift ride to the roof of my trailer (don't tell the Feds) so I could inspect their high quality TLC / caring work! I am leaving my name and number in this review because that's the level I am willing to go to to recommend these folks, after my great experience - (Fred Howe @ 703-507-4364) - I think these guys are on to something - quality service and sales at an affordable price! I know you will get the same treatment from Brian and his professional staff! I will also state for the record - I am a standard off the street customer and I have zero tie to Brian or Corbin's or Yelp - however, I wish I did as Corbin's will be wildly successful as a small business, if they stay the course they have established of delivering quality service! read more

We have purchased a used RV from Corbin's which had many highway miles. Mike and very capable staff were up front and honest about some of the mechanical issues I might encounter during its part time use. In every instance, they put their collective know-how together to keep it safe and dependable, in spite of its 35 years. While their family run enterprise lacks the bells and whistles of their very expensive competitors, my family has full confidence in both their workmanship & affordability. There are incredible variables in the evolution of the RV mechanicals, electrical, plumbing and fiberglass tec stuff, and each of the staff is a specialist on what you need to keep rolling.
