When I saw it was full service- I was all in; they washed/dried and folded! I'll be real, sometimes my clothes at home will sit in my dryer for several days. The staff was friendly when I walked in, I verified that they were able to do full service laundry. They got me all set up, told me a time to pick up. I walked in needing a Vivienne Westwood shirt mended, a pair of VW pants taken shorter and tapered , a pair of VW shorts taken shorter and I needed a pair of Marc Jacobs pants shortened and let out a bit in the hips. NONE OF THESE ITSMS WERE CHEAP :(.I felt very rushed during the process and yet I gave her a shot anyways. 4 days later I went back. The shirt was great, the shorts were good , the MJ pants were a great length, but she couldn't let out in the hip like discussed and the VW pants looked awful (I didn't fully realize til I got home all the flaws). I would not recommend this place for anything other than simple simple alterations. Not only did I spend a lot, I also was charged for the service she couldn't provide (the hip being let out). Now trying yet another place to see if the job can be fixed. Wish me luck.

You have to purchase and use their laundry card. The day I went they offered one free wash cycle and one free drying cycle. The washing machines appear to weigh the amount of clothes in the machine as there are no set prices. This isn't one of the least expensive facilities I've been to but the clothes were clean and the machines dried well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although I haven't tried it, they do offer wash and fold service and there were plenty of orders ready for delivery that day! Thank you, Laundry City for a pleasant experience.

They've came through a few times and we've always paid. However, they fixed nothing. All of our machines are the same; broken. They told me what was wrong and told me that after they work on it, everything will be fixed. Cool. So they came and worked on them. I paid them 1,200 dollars to work on 4 different machines plus parts and labor. They left and we turned on the machines and tried them out. None of the machines worked and I called the place to ask them what happened, they wouldn't give me a straight answer. Then when I would confront them, they would get defensive and hang up. Only until I spoke to the actual Tech guy that worked on our machines, he told us he will be back to fix them again. He never came back. 2 weeks later, they sent another invoice saying we owed them 800 dollars for something they never worked on. Either they're the most disorganized business in America or they're trying to deceive us. Either way, they need to reevaluate themselves and start anew because they're terrible. Never again will I have any affiliation with them.
