My washing machine is "on a break" so, I had to find a place to launder clothes for my family. I went online and found this gem in Havre de Grace. When I saw it was full service- I was all in; they washed/dried and folded! I'll be real, sometimes my clothes at home will sit in my dryer for several days. The staff was friendly when I walked in, I verified that they were able to do full service laundry. They got me all set up, told me a time to pick up. So. Looking for a place to do a comforter, I got a tip from a cashier at the (Havre deGrace) nearby Dollar General about this place. Seems there's another laundry closer to DG but this one has a drop off and people there in case something happens to the machines. Tiny bldg behind and across from Waffle House on 40, it's very unassuming and next to teeny neighborhood grocery and a pizza joint Only about 22 washers and probably less dryers unsure how many people wash there or just leave it with the ladies who do the laundry Looks like $5 for 30# washers and .25 per dry. To leave a Q comforter woulda been about $15 but first timers w an email address get 20% off. So I paid $11 and change to drop it off (Around 5ish) By 720p she called to let me know it was ready. Talk about convenient and cheap!! Def will return and recommend. Parking lot kinda dark and not a lot of night traffic since it's shared w a daycare and the grocery store was closed by the time I got back. (Pizza joint seemed closed too) You should probably plan to sit in your car to entertain yourself if you wash your own -only 3 chairs in the joint A few people pulled up while I was typing this, so it seems they put things in and left: guess they felt no concern with someone taking their stuff. One lady sat in her car, ckg every now and again Seems to be slightly cheaper, and with two ladies rockn and rollin since I dropped off and came back, they may be quicker than other places. So def will return if dropping off If I do it myself, maybe would go elsewhere to sit inside a place and not in a dark parking lot. Didn't really feel unsafe, but not my druthers Ah..two more people walked in from the street. I think there's a few tiny motels nearby that may use the facility too. So more traffic than I thought. I was so excited to find this service while visiting Havre de Grace. Super quick turn around (2 hours) and nice people who work there.

I used the Fluff n fold service for over a year on a regular basis. I found it to be extremely convenient to have someone else wash and fold my laundry as I am a full time student and work full time. During my time utilizing their services I encountered one staff member who was rude on a consistent basis leading me to switch up my days and times I picked up and dropped off my laundry. The woman who worked in the evening was always pleasant so I always left a nice tip. I explained to her the issues I had before and that I wasn't receiving emails with promos or updates on my rewards. I was informed that their system was messed up and that was why. After some time I noticed some of my clothing were missing. I searched all of my belongings several times and never found them. I went up to the store and called many times hoping they had found a bag of my clothes sitting somewhere that they overlooked but it was never found. I tried calling to speak with a manager for over a month and was always told I would receive a call back but never received a call back. Recently I saw a post on Facebook inquiring how to reach management so I commented that I too had issues getting ahold of management and finally got a response from someone. The woman asked me to call this past Wednesday which I did. She stated that she noticed the employee wearing my under armor sweatpants which solidified my thought that my clothes were stolen. She gave me the owners number and stated "he wants to make this right" please call him. I have since spoken to him on the phone and texted him several times. Initially he asked a list of the items missing which I gave him, then he offered me a gift card to use at his business I told him this was not acceptable because I won't be coming back, then he requested receipts for the items which I provided him. He is now stating that according to his records I haven't been there since November which is inaccurate because I used their services after the Super Bowl to have some shows cleaned and once before I moved in March. DO NOT trust this business with your personal belongings! I was stolen from and then treated poorly after. It's bad enough to be stolen from but to be treated as if I'm somehow in the wrong for their poor services is appalling! read more

First of all, the employees were very friendly and pleasant over the phone and in person. I used their drop-off service which was awesome! I had a king-sized down comforter that I needed washed and dried. I also asked if they could pre-treat some stains, which they did. I didn't have to provide detergent, bleach or fabric softener. I dropped off during my lunch break and picked up after work. It was very clean, smelled good, folded and wrapped in a large plastic bag. The price was less than $20!
