If I could give this business less than one star I would. I have been a loyal customer for quite…read moresome time. Every time I drop off my dry cleaning I check for stains before hand. Recently I went in to pick up my shirts and when I got home observed that they had damaged my shirt while being cleaned with a dark spot on the pocket. I brought the shirt back in and some with a nice young girl who indicated they would try to remove the mark and if they can't the would provide a credit for future services. Not my preferred scenario but I do understand why they would want to handle that way and think it is reasonable. With that being said when I picked up my clothing the next time the owner gave me back the still damaged shirt and said that they didn't cause the damage. I referenced the prior conversation with the girl who may be his daughter and he became agitated. He then proceeded to yell at me stating he didn't do the damage and to take him to court. As much as I would love to do that out of principal I do not have the time to waste. This is not my idea of a good businessman. I will look for another cleaners that stands behind and hopefully even takes some level of pride in there work. It's sad because the older gentleman who I assume is his father and his daughter seem quite a bit more reasonable. I will no longer pay patronage to this business of their Taekwondo program which is in the same area. Buyer beware of this one!

This laundromat is also the cleanest place I've ever used including their bathroom. I would like to express an extra thank you to Judy who is one of the staff. She is the best!! I will never use another laundromat as long Judy is still there!. Thank you again girl. You're the best!

I walked in needing a Vivienne Westwood shirt mended, a pair of VW pants taken shorter and tapered , a pair of VW shorts taken shorter and I needed a pair of Marc Jacobs pants shortened and let out a bit in the hips. NONE OF THESE ITSMS WERE CHEAP :(.I felt very rushed during the process and yet I gave her a shot anyways. 4 days later I went back. The shirt was great, the shorts were good , the MJ pants were a great length, but she couldn't let out in the hip like discussed and the VW pants looked awful (I didn't fully realize til I got home all the flaws). I would not recommend this place for anything other than simple simple alterations. Not only did I spend a lot, I also was charged for the service she couldn't provide (the hip being let out). Now trying yet another place to see if the job can be fixed. Wish me luck.

I questioned it and she said they needed to add more for a shirt. I tried to tell her they already did that and now they are adding another charge. How can something as big as a wall tapestry go unaccounted for? The shame of it is, it had sentimental value to me. My former boss gave it to me from a company that I worked at for 2 1/2 years. I can't just go to the store and buy a duplicate. I should have taken it to GLB like I was thinking about in the first place. Time to find a new dry cleaner!
