My family of 17 flew in from the East coast so the evening dinner was a surprise which made it extra special. Bob arrived with his helpers who were so nice and fun to work with. He was prepared and ready to get cooking. They took care of everything from beginning to end. Chef Bob did an amazing job and we were all very impressed by how delicious and well prepared each course was. Thank you Chef Bob for cooking for my family. We truly enjoyed having you and your staff.

We were on vacation and wanted a way to ease into our mornings without having to rush to get up and get food. Over the course of 3 mornings, Chef Bob made us Boursin cheese scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt bar with different granola and compote options, homemade biscuits, oatmeal pancakes with pecan butter (omg yum), fingerling potatoes, eggs Benedict, and fruit trays with different options for each day. He was prompt and left the kitchen spotless which was great because we didn't have to worry about leaving the Airbnb kitchen a mess. He was personable and had a ton of great stories but was also respectful of our space. We look forward to seeing him again!

Unfortunately, Ana is one of the worst people I've ever worked with professionally. She has a…read moreterrible attitude and will lash out at you whenever things don't go perfectly her way. Working with Ana is like walking on egg shells. You never know what's going to set her off. If you send her a text and she interprets it the wrong way, she likely to immediately quit on you. This is what happened to me. Ana is a very selfish person that expects everything to go her way and on her terms. If she even perceives that things aren't going her way, she can't handle it and will overreact and make irrational decisions. The main reason Ana quit without any notice for me after using her for over two years is because I paid her $275 for not working one week for me and she didn't like me doing that. It is the craziest reason I've ever heard for quitting. I was always very nice to hear, but it is never enough with Ana. You can compliment her every week for her services, and she still isn't happy. This is because she never feels adequate enough inside. Ana has personal and mental health issues that also affect her work and get in the way of her communication and how she handles situations. It's pretty much impossible to please Ana, as she always finds a way to turn things against you, including good deeds. I wish I would have stopped using Ana sooner so I didn't have to deal with all her drama and have her quit on me without any warning. She has tried doing this to me before, but I tried appeasing her against my better judgment. In hindsight, I should have stopped working with her when she blew up on me over how she interpreted a text message in the past and threatened to quit on me. Ana is a good cook, but her personal and mental health issues, as well as her short-temper and selfish tendencies are not worth the hassle. I highly recommend never taking a chance with Ana. There are much better cooks and people to deal with than Ana.

Google does…read morenot give the correct directions - when we followed them, we ended up in a random parking lot a block over. I recommend setting the GPS to the brewery rather than the truck. When we visited on Sunday after hiking at RMNP for the morning, there wasn't much of a crowd here. We ordered and the the food only took about 8 minutes to arrive. Meeker Margherita ($21) - Perfectly cooked crust in this pizza. The cornicione in particular is expertly risen and cooked, giving plenty of charred bubbles and the perfect chewiness. The undercarriage, while floppy, isn't soggy at all. It hold up very well to the ingredients on top. The crust is first slathered sparingly with tomato sauce. The sauce is reduced quite a bit and tastes almost like a concentrated tomato paste. They don't use a lot so it doesn't soak into the crust at all. On top, there's a couple of pieces of basil giving a very noticeably fresh aroma. There's plenty of melted mozzarella cheese, which seem to be of the pearl variety, mild tasting and stretchy. They apparently also drizzle some EVOO, although there's no particular peppery or fruity notes, or heck any real olive oil flavor at all. With how well all the other ingredients worked together, the olive oil is very disappointing. Still, it's a very well constructed pizza. (5/5) Panorama Peak ($23) - Again, this pizza has the perfect crust. Instead of tomato sauce, it's slathered with ricotta cheese, making the pizza very rich and creamy. More melted mozzarella on top of that for even more fatty richness, then pieces of proscuitto, chewy and salty. The meat isn't sliced that well so it's messy to eat. They then essentially cover the pizza with an arugula, tomato, and shaved parmesan salad. The arugula is super peppery and bitter, the tomatoes are fresh and sweet, and the parmesan adds more saltiness. The main sources of salt are the parmesan and the proscuitto. Neither are added in large enough quantities to make the pie overly salty. Mixed in the with the arugula are a couple of stems of cilantro for some reason. Nothing on the menu actually uses cilantro so I'm a bit confused where it comes from. It's essentially a salad on pizza dough so everything falls off the crust very easily making it messy to eat. (4/5) I'm very impressed with the food served at Mangia Mangia. I didn't expect to find such great pizza in a small touristy mountain town. I'll be back next time I'm in the area!
