The nurses and social workers were amazing and compassionate. They gave my mom excellent treatment and compassion. They took care of notary issues for Power of Attorney and helped with the arrangements for my mom's remains. All of this was such a huge relief because it allowed us more quality time together. The nurses were available 24/7, and were willing to come out when the need was urgent. Everyone took the time to get to know Mom and all her family members that were present. When it was no longer feasible for Mom to remain at home, they made sure she was safely transported to the hospital and the hospital hospice staff took over. While she was in the hospital, she was visited by the hospice nurse, and several volunteers. She lasted a week before she passed away, and Hospice is still helping us in the transition after her death. I so appreciate everything this amazing organization has done for our family in this extremely difficult time.

I would be just fine if I wouldn't be reminded every month at least once about my father passing. I asked them, e-mailed them and cursed them out on the phone to make them stop, to no avail! I am at the point of employing a lawyer to send them a cease and desist letter, so I can make their compassionate reminder, a cruelty in disguise, stop!!This is one company I shall surely avoid.
