Trash valet was a thing, but on the drive out, there were mountains and heaps of rotting stinking trash. It smelled horribly and I'm sure it was attracting rodents and roaches. The gym is a joke as well. Additionally one of the entrance gates, which should be closed and only accessible via fob, was constantly broken and left open for anyone to just drive in. I also noticed the quality of tenants going downhill as well. Sorry, but I'm not paying that much rent to live next to a bunch of people who clearly don't work and blast their music all day, while smoking weed on the patio - the stench wafting in my unit. Truthfully, at that point I started wondering if the complex accepted Section 8, due to the quality of tenants. In all, this place has curb appeal, but you quickly realize after you sign a lease and begin living in your unit. I was able to break my lease and paid all the fees required to do so. I have the emails to prove it. I even took photos of the unit once I left and had it professionally cleaned. Not once did they say I owed them money, there was damage, etc. I also provided them with my new forwarding address for anything related to the security deposit, etc. A few months later I was checking my credit and saw that the unprofessionals in the office not only NEVER called, mailed, emailed, etc. but they had the nerve to place some $100.00 fee in collections. Between TYLER (current property manager) and ARIANA (district manager), this place has gone to crap. I lived here for about 6 years with minor issues. When Tyler came into the manager position, things changed rapidly for the worst. From not taking action on complaints regarding tenant situations (residents nit following rules) to being just plain rude, TYLER (not even properly qualified) has caused a bitter taste in several tenant's mouths. Speaking of TYLER, let's talk about his favorite past time: smoking weed. He lives on property and terrorizes his neighbors with the prevalent smell of marijuana flowing through their vents. Funny, considering smoking indoors is a clear lease violation. Roaches are prevalent. I refused to unpack the first month of moving in because I saw roaches on the ceiling, walls, and in my bed. I finally was able to figure out a roach abatement regimen that worked well for me. The dumpsters are over full consistently. At one point, the office tried blaming it on the city, but after several phone calls, I found out the property has a private trash collection company. Apparently, someone didn't pay the bill. We had to live with full dumpsters for several weeks. Visitor parking is a joke. There aren't many spaces available and you see the same people parking in them all the time. I can only assume they live there, but aren't on the lease and didn't want to pay for a parking sticker. All the appliances are antiques. My electric bill ran into $300 during summers due to the age of the ac. If you decide to view this property, just ask any of the current residents (out of management presence) what they actually think of the property. I'm sure you'll hear a LOT. There are several current residents stuck in their leases that want to move out BECAUSE of TYLER MOLD. I didn't realize how bad the mold was until I moved my furniture out and saw the damage to my solid wood furniture. There is definitely an issue with water entering ground floor units from the outer walls and windows. Maintenance is GREAT! Carlos runs a great team. It's just management that needs a refresh. If you move in and have an issue with on-site management, good luck! When I inquired about wanting to make a formal complaint to corporate about how things were going on property, TYLER smirked and said, "You can call corporate, but they're just going to push it to Ariana and she'll just give it to me." On 12/31/25 all four tires were stolen from my vehicle while it was parked at the parking lot by the second entrance I discovered the vehicle on 12/31/25 7:00Am. Significant damage was caused, and the vehicle was rendered undrivable. A police report has been filed , and photos documenting the damage are available upon request. What is especially concerning is that I am aware this type of theft has occurred previously within the apartment complex. Given the repeated nature of these incidents, it appears management was--or should have been--aware of an ongoing safety issue affecting residents' vehicles. I was not notified of any prior incidents nor warned of an increased risk in this area. This serves as a formal request for the following: * Written confirmation that this incident has been documented by management * Information regarding any existing cameras on the property and whether footage is being reviewed * An explanation of what security measures are currently in place * Details on what immediate steps will be taken to address and prevent further incidents (e.g., increased lighting, security patrols, cameras, or resident notifications) While I understand that apartment communities often disclaim responsibility for theft, management does have a responsibility to take reasonable steps to address known and recurring safety issues and to notify residents accordingly. The lack of preventative measures or warning in light of prior incidents is deeply concerning. I am requesting a prompt written response addressing the above points. Reaching out to a resident's family members over a review is unacceptable and has made me feel threatened and harassed rather than heard. Reviews are meant to provide honest feedback. Management's response should be focused on resolving concerns, not retaliating or involving family members. The amenities were so amazing always! The pool and gym were amazing. The clubhouse was amazing. The computer room where i homeschooled and tutored so many kids was sooo amazing!! My little senior dog absolutely loved the whole building! He knew his way around every where and everyone was always so sweet to him! We will definitely miss chasing each other down the halls! The staff was always sooooo friendly and amazing!!! I never had any issue that wasn't quickly resolved!! Everyone was always just soooo amazing! Maintenance friends were always so incredibly friendly and happy to chat! There were always so many fun events like breakfast with Santa! The office staff was always also beyond excellent! Valet Living... OMG JUST AMAZING. I swear i miss it already! If I hadnt bought a house, i would have stayed for the rest of my life. I honestly loved my apartment that much! Property manager, Anna, is rude and absolutely will send you nasty emails and leave rude voicemails. Don't ever expect an apology from her. Tried to renew my lease for 6 months while I wait for my house to be finished and they can't do that, but they can do 13 months or month to month at market rent (which is over $300 more than my neighbor on a 6 month lease in an updated unit is paying). The unit has had one update and that was flooring due to a flood and they put in cheap laminate that was scratched and peeling the day of installation and I had to move ALL MY BELONGINGS and vacate for a week with 24 hours notice and attitude that I was at work and couldn't immediately come home and move all my stuff out. I've put in multiple repair requests over the years for carpet coming off the stairs and they'll come in and fix something else and leave that. It's a fall hazard!!
