I love the amount of communication and the automated statements we get. I've used their expertise to help buy our new home and it felt good to have someone who's experienced in the home buying process. They're truly someone you can trust. As a veteran I highly recommend Marc and his team if you're looking to buy a house, rent a place in San Diego, or if you're relocating converting your home to a rental property. I can't thank them enough for what they do.

She has made exchanging roommates such an ease when both times were hectic for us. She has guided us through the process and answered any questions we had in a very quick manner. She is extremely professional. Whenever we submitted a service request, she has been quick to follow up and have the maintenance crew respond to us in a quick manner no matter the severity of the issue. I am very glad that Dianne is patient with us as we have had a few requests that I felt bad for annoying her with (she never showed any signs of frustration by the way). Her customer service is heavily valued in our household and continues to help us to this day. As for the maintenance crew, they have all been great and amazing. I had an issue with a leaky faucet and asked the gentleman about tips about removing some calcium debris. He recommended a product but ended up taking care of it himself. They were able to solve all the minor issues we've had at the property. Thank you Dianne and maintenance!

Monthly payments are easy using the app. Utilities are very reasonable. My apartment was fully furnished and I mean fully. Every dish, fork, cooking utensil was there upon move in. Totally turn key! Easy inspection and security deposit was returned without so much as a blink of the eye. Cleaning fee was super reasonable. Bottom line: if you are seeking a rental this is the company to go with. They seem to not care about tenants, maintenance request take weeks if not months to get done Im still waiting for them to fix the shower seal. 3 toilets had leaks, washer inside townhome was rusted, dishwasher rusted, one bedroom didn't have light because fan ceiling and light were broken with missing control had to be calling everyday, I can go on......and now on Thursday November 20 at 9:30am we notified them that we did not have hot water in the property and they never responded. It was not until we called them that they sent us a plumber and he said the water heater had to be replaced. Today, another plumber came to "complete the repair" and he told us the same "Water heater needs to be replaced" why do they send another plumber instead of replacing it???? . Now we don't have water on all 3 showers, still no hot water. We called maintenance and they said until Monday it was going to get replaced (Im doubtful). Thats 4 days without hot water in the property. Very frustrating, they lack communication with tenants. I read other comments and I wished I had read them before signing a 1 year lease with them. I guess landlords are their top priority not tenants. Horrible experience !!!!!!!!!

The property manager, Denise in particular, doesn't care about her tenants; she only cares about making money for herself. I gave her multiple chances throughout being her tenant for a year to change this outlook on her and the company she represents, but sadly she continued to frustrate, anger, and disappoint me and my roommates. The property managers are rarely in their office, and it takes on average 3-5 phone calls, messages, and/or e-mails to get ahold of them. Maintenance requests take weeks to be fulfilled. We spent over 1,000$ on cleaning services while moving out in order to maximize the amount refunded on our security deposit, but somehow Denise and SBMI group decided they could still deduct an alarming amount from our deposit with no explanation. As if issues with contacting and communicating the property manager shouldn't be enough to deem this business incompetent and pathetic, all they want is to take your money. I have never worked with less intelligent people in my history of being a tenant. The lack of professional manner and laziness is appalling.

If you do not want to be robbed with some ungrounded charges do not rent from these guys! If I tried to write every issue that happened with these guys then it would take many pages so I will write it briefly. First of all, we received the property very dirty and under horrific conditions. Many things were broken and we had to wait weeks and months for them to be fixed. One particular issue was we had no hot water in the beginning so we took shower with cold water for nearly a month because SBMI Group could not send us someone to fix! The other thing is after leaving the house they charged us an outrageous fee for cleaning and maintenance. The bill was couple of thousand dollars and there were claims that we broke numerous things in the house. But we know by fact that we received the house under terrible conditions and we are not responsible for any of the broken stuff (Which they also know this very well since we told them). These guys only focus on finding an excuse to rob you. That's why they probably changed their name from Inflexus Management to SBMI Group because people started to notice their infamous scam. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys!
