went there to look for a used 09 murano, when I got there the dealer told me the car had some problems with the exhaust system and he got another similar car. So I took both for a spin, after 2 test drives the dealer asked me how I felt about both cars, I said I still preferred the murano and that if I can take it to a mechanics next week, to which he agreed. He then took me inside to sign a contract to which I know NOTHING about, he just told me to sign the contract and give them a 500$ deposit so I can come back to get the vehicle inspected next time. He did NOT explain anything else beyond that, so I gave them 500$ and agreed to come back few days later, I SPECIFICALLY asked him if I decided not to buy the car, can I get the money back and he said yes. However during the wait I was offered a better deal somewhere else so I decided not to purchase the murano. But after talking to the dealer I was told that I cannot get the deposit back unless it's due to mechanical reasons as it's stated on the contract. I felt disappointed not only because I lost 500$, but I was so ILL-INFORMED, EVEN THE DEALER didn't know that I couldn't get the money back before he asked his managers. It's such a joke. I'm even beginning to wonder whether he conned me into signing the contract since this is my first time buying a used car. I'm going to the shop tomorrow to ask for the money back and no matter the result I'll avoid buying anything related to this place. read more

I wish you could give negative stars to these guys. I bought a brand new Titan from sunridge on January 31st 2016. When I went to pick it up it was damaged. It is now March 9th and I have gone back three times to pick it up and all three times they had only repaired bits and pieces but never all of the damage. As of Today I still don't have my new truck that I have already made a payment on and they are in no rush to get it fixed or do anything else for me. They just want me to wait around and accept paying for a new truck and accepting one months later that has had thousands of dollars of repairs done to it. These guys are the worst. read more

Went to this dealership with my boyfriend when he got a car. He bought a used vehicle from this dealership and noticed issues with it within the month. When we bought the car the sales manager encouraged my boyfriend to buy the warranty - explaining to him that it costs 2k for the warranty but that it would be unlikely he'd be approved for the financing by the bank if he didn't have warranty. Additionally - he was informed that if after 2 years the warranty hadn't been used you would get the 2k back - it was like an extra insurance for the bank is what the sales manager told us. So he bought it - that money came out of the money he was planning to down on the car but he figured it's not a big deal cos in 2 years if he doesn't have to fix the car he can just put it down then - and at least the car will have warranty in case of emergency. Well last month the alternator went - and of course that's not covered under warranty even though we were informed we would have 2k worth of repairs on anything - but the worst part is probably that the dealership INCORRECTLY entered is kms in at about 60 clicks higher than what it's really at - maybe they're trying to dodge the warranty like that ?? They said they'll fix it and spent a week looking for the paperworks for it since they LOST THE FILES. alternator repair was supposed to be 2 days top to be fixed but it took them a week to figure their shit out and find the paper work and an additional 4 days to complete the repairs. When he requested if they could get him a loaner car they simply blamed someone else for the issues and said it's not their fault and declined to help. Additionally - we found out the warranty isn't a refundable program - nor is it required by the bank . The sales manager lied to our faces about the conditions of the deal and how he warranty works . We recognize now that you definitely need to see everything they say in writing in order to believe it - but this was his and my first experience buying a used car from a dealership so in hindsight we were a little naive. But - they still doesn't make the sales guy right to lie to our faces about how it all works . Save yourself, don't go here unless you're a really experienced in buying cars so you can weed out the bull and get straight to business,THE WAY IT SHOULD BE. I'm looking for a car now - and I'm dodging all the dealerships associated with Sunridge Nissan due to this experience . read more

What kind of dealership refuses to release the pricing to customers without a signature and a deposit paid first. Also might I mention that ripping the paper out of a customers hands, scamming customers with empty promises and under cutting customers overcharging us. I literally created an Yelp account just to warn people about how terrible the service here is. If I could give 0 stars I would, this company is a complete fraud. The salesperson was super pushy and had a complete personality change when I said I needed time to consider the car. He was in complete rage, and threw all his paper on to the floor. I felt so threatened and he gave me absolutely no room to think. Since threatening me didn't work, he started to guilt me and spent more than twenty minutes complaining about how he spent so much effort introducing the car to me and I still wasn't sure if I wanted to buy the car. This whole experience was awful, and I couldn't wait to get out of that building. After this experience, I searched online and found that the price they were planning to sell the car to me was $3000 more than the price listed online. This place is a complete fraud. Unless if you want to feel like you are at gun point the whole time you are looking for a car, I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I purchased a 2009 Infiniti G37x from Sunridge Nissan and I can only describe this experience postively. I am not in the least bit an impulsive buyer, and the salesman I dealt with (Mike Molyneux) was patient and extremely understanding of my concerns. Being a first time car buyer, I was apprehensive about purchasing a pre-owned car. After multiple visits and countless test drives, I never felt pressured into buying any of their products and services. Mike diligently called me whenever a new arrival that suited my needs came in. Prior to purchasing from Sunridge Nissan, I had been shopping at several other dealerships, but none were as proactive as Sunridge. Marco dealt with my finance needs in an efficient and informative manner as well, and dealt me an extremely reasonable interest rate. Upon buying my insurance from a non-affiliated third party, my agent even commented on how much value I derived from this purchase. The only thing that I can gripe about was the missing owner's manual (probably discarded by the original owner). Other than that, 2 thumbs up! read more

I recently purchased a new Rogue at Sunridge Nissan about a month ago. I was scheduled to test drive other vehicles that day, but an over-aggressive sales manager made it his mission to keep me there to buy from him. Despite trying to tell him several times that there were other vehicles I was considering such as a CRV, he kept pushing for an end of month sale. He even tried to sell me a used CRV on their lot. Compared to what I was shown at other dealers, I decided on the Rogue. Upon possession, I inquired about the 'Win What's in the Trunk Event" (available to new purchases) to my salesperson, and he said the event was over despite all the signs in the showroom that were still up. I accepted his word on it. But, this event has been advertised in the newspaper continuously for the last month now. If you didn't want to give me an incentive for my purchase, that's fine. Just don't lie about it. I appreciated that a senior sales manager wanted to take corrective actions to make things right, but that is where the customer service ended. I took him up on his offer to go back to the dealership. After notifying the receptionist why I was there, she said she would get a manager, and I waited in the waiting area for half an hour without anybody coming to talk to me. At that point, I let the receptionist know I was leaving at it wasn't worth coming down to the dealership. Since then, I have tried to contact Ted on multiple occasions with what happened with no reply. It was very foolish of me to think that any corrective actions would be properly implemented and no more than just words. When you offer corrective action, then you should follow through with it. How they obtained the Nissan Award for Excellence for 2013 is beyond me. The standards for that award must be pretty low. read more

***Review of the sales experience, NOT the vehicle or its performance*** Bottom line first: I bought the vehicle because I like its design and its features, but the deal I got and the honesty of the employees is for sure NOT as good as others suggested in these reviews. Beware #1: The sales person (Ryan Li) offered me a $50 Tim Hortons gift certificate to write a good review (I have the proof in writing as a text message). Go figure how much is worth their dignity and how much you can trust the good reviews here. Beware #2: I was charged $3900 for full protection package (for paint, leather, undercoat etc) while other dealerships I spoke to told me they charge $2500. Go figure! BTW, you can get the undercoat done for $250 not $700 as they say. Use the search button on Kijiji for that. Beware #3: your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Don't put money down until you're absolutely and completely 100% sure you got the deal you wanted and you have ALL the information necessary to make the right decision. The number you signed for may not be the final number on your invoice / credit application due to taxes, fees, extended warranty, protection package or other mistakes. Make sure you take that into account before committing to anything! Beware #4: I was offered 6 months no pay, 4-5 year free oil changes, no dealership fee ($2150 value if I remember well) and many different values for my trade in. They juggle professionally with many pleasant offers, but if you don't pay close attention to your final deal you may get one or none of all those. My suggestion to prospective buyers: keep your phone in your shirt pocket on 'Voice recording' mode while talking to them. It might save you some headaches and/or some $$$ To keep it short and simple, that's all I had to say. If you want to listen, good for you, if not, happy shopping at Sunridge Nissan! Purchased brake pads from Sunridge Nissan and had our mechanic install due to the cost being ridiculous at the dealership. 4 months later the pads are worn out and now there is damage to the rotor as well and I need to replace 2 rear. Nissan took in for inspection, confirmed that parts sold were not good and are replacing. However, they want me to pay now almost $350 to get the pads replaced, plus the rotors machined or replaced at extra cost. Due to the fact I did not have them install the original time, now I have to pay again, waste my time going back and forth and all the are willing to do is give a 10% discount on the labor which is almost nothing. Definitely will not be going back for any additional service to this dealership as they cannot be trusted and are unwilling to assist with any customer service or retention offerings. In addition, they told me last service call that I needed to immediately look at replacing my tires as they were at 4/32, when I had a 2nd inspection done by COSTCO they showed me this was not right. I asked Nissan to re check at this apt and the tires are showing 5/32....so instead of getting more wear apparently mine got better??? so yeah definitely lost my trust in them for good. read more

My wife recently purchased a 2016 Rogue and save for what happened after the purchase I would have had nothing but positive things to say. Our salesman was not pushy and answered any questions we had. But after spending several thousand on a new-to-us vehicle I thought a mistake must have been made when my wife came home with a single key/fob. I was genuinely surprised by this as previous vehicles we bought from other dealerships in town came with two fobs with no added expense. It was explained to me that this vehicle was a unit they had been part of a fleet with Enterprise and it was Enterprise who gave it back to the dealership with only one key/fob. Basically, nothing I can do about it. The salesman told he was able to locate a second fob which could be ours for the cost of the key, $125. I even emailed Nissan Canada and got a form letter in which they endorsed this practice by informing "We would request you to continue to work with your local Nissan Dealer, as they are in the best position to address your vehicle concern." So it appears as though Nissan Canada has no issue with their dealerships shady business practices. There was no mention of this extra expense until after we had received the vehicle had we been informed we definitely would have negotiated it into the cost. It is this aspect of the experience I find the most disturbing; after paying $25k for a vehicle they find ways to charge us for something which should be included and historically has been included when we dealt with other dealerships. Furthering my outrage was the fact that the tag attached to our key had "2 of 2" written on the back. This deliberate manipulation by the dealership would lead me not to recommend them. In my mind, a valued customer is one treated respectfully and honestly which is also how you create a return customer. These two values were not shown to us after the fact and for this reason, we will not be a returning customer but I will be a customer who will tell anyone in the market for a new vehicle to stay away from this dealership. read more

DO NOT BUY HERE Upon reading the reviews below, I am extremely surprised with the amount of positive feedback. I have never endured such a terrible sales experience in my lifetime. My girlfriend and I attempted to purchase a Nissan Rogue last Thursday, which we placed a handsome down payment on. Initially, we were told we should have the vehicle the following day and we were able to inspect what we were told was our vehicle. We did not receive any phone calls and upon attempting to contact Jeremy Pon and Stephen Chauvette for the better part of the day, a phone call could not be returned. That is until I tried calling from a different number and Jeremy was miraculously able to attend to his cell phone immediately. Jeremy confirmed that our vehicle was at the lot and required PDI and detailing. I then requested to speak with his sales manager, Stephen Chauvette who assured me that we would have our vehicle by Tuesday at the absolute latest. Come Tuesday, we did not receive a phone call from anyone at Sunridge Nissan stating that our vehicle was ready for pickup. Between my girlfriend and I a number of voicemails were delivered and we were promised a return phone call on more than 10 occasions. Not once was a call returned. On the rare occasion that we were able to get through, we were led along with such statements as it's going through inspection, it's being detailed, etc. On Wednesday, I was finally able to communicate with the GM who assured me she would get to the bottom of this issue and get back to me within two hours. Not even, Kristin Romeril, the General Manager at Sunridge Nissan was capable of returning a phone call. I left a number of messages stating that I would be arriving Wednesday night to pick up the vehicle or I would be taking this matter to Nissan Canada. This, of course, sparked a return phone call only to advise me that the car was never at Sunridge Nissan nor were there any more of that model left in Canada. What was the $5000 down payment being applied to? A fictional vehicle it seems. Not only is this disgraceful treatment and customer service, but it is illegal. A contractual agreement was fabricated by Sunridge Nissan for a vehicle that they very well knew was not in existence and would not be produced. The fact that this dealership is still in operation is shocking. They showed no remorse and acted in a manner which suggested that this is how they function on a day to day basis. I will be raising this issue with Nissan Canada and will not allow these crooks to carry on with this unlawful, malicious treatment. If there is one piece of advice that I can give to any individual in the market for a vehicle it is to steer clear of Sunridge Nissan at all costs. read more

Misleading, pushy, and full of attitude. I was in contact with Sunridge Nissan looking to pursue a pre-owned vehicle and in the span of 1 day and 2 different staff members I was assured that I would never consider Sunridge Nissan ever again. I just had my X-trail in for a tire rotation and a 4 wheel alignment which included a visual brake inspection. Soon after I left the shop I had a call saying one of my tires on the rim to be installed was flat with a nail in it. I said I guess it needs to be fixed so go ahead, thinking about $15 as my car was already in the shop. After a long wait (2.5hrs) and no calls I went back to the shop and my car was outside, they forgot to call me when it was finished. Then I went in to pay and waited 15mins more, we went to 3 different desks to complete my payment. In the end my tire repair was 39.95 plus tax and shop supplies, so close to $50 for a patch! I asked about my brake inspection and I was told they are good but recommended a brake cleaning appointment $129.00, ha. I asked to see a report showing how much pad was remaining and the reply was it should be ok until your next appointment, they didn't even try and find any paperwork, I'm pretty sure they didn't even take the time to look. I've been there once before with similar results, I will not be back, don't waste your time! read more

Service shop is terrible! I called and made an appointment to get my brake lights fixed, the woman on the phone quoted me 29.99 for each light that needed to be replaced. I asked her if there were any extra charges and she told me no. After a 4 hour wait, I was told i needed to replace my entire light and that they would need to order the parts in. The man at the front desk told me they were just going to put it back together and when I was ready to call the service shop and make an appointment to order the parts. After going to the front desk to get my keys, I'm told i have to pay 175$. I was never told about ANY CHARGE whatsoever. I wouldn't of had a problem if i was told about this charge at least over the phone or by the man working the front desk. I made an appointment thinking I was getting my brake lights fixed. Bought my first car from here. I would not go back here to purchase again. The sales guy talked on his cell phone during the test drive. One star is GENEROUS. If I could deter just one person from buying their car from here it would be a huge accomplishment! Can't speak for "new" but do NOT buy used cars from here. If management can even produce the paperwork for a car they have on the lot, expect a 2-3 wait time. Expect a shady inspection in which the techs do not notice things like leaky shocks, broken springs, and extreme rust, not to mention the hack job a previous owner/chop shop might have done. They will tell you everything is FINE (passed out of province AND dealership inspection) and make you feel bad for asking a lower price even when the vehicle is MISSING parts. Generally I found management and sales to be rude and stuck-up, they literally will hide from you when you pull up to the lot....and generally are not helpful. I don't expect to be treated well when buying used but this was ridiculous. read more

Like any other dealer when it comes to service. However, their finance department did a good job when I bought my wheels.

Terrible service. Terrible dealership. We had contacted them about test driving their base model pathfinder. When we went, they told us it was unavailable and they put us in the luxury model that was about $15k more. They were pushy and tried to tell us that the was no more of the base model available anywhere in Canada despite having posted one on autotrader to get us into the dealership. We had several 'managers' come talk to us because we wanted to leave without purchasing a vehicle. They told us we were getting such a great deal, when in fact, the price they were giving us was several thousand more than retail, and this was suppose to be a year end close out deal. We ended up finding the base model at another Nissan dealership (I guess there were some available after all despite what we were told). Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else. This dealership is dishonest and pushy. They also continue to send end us emails after we have asked to be remove from their list. read more

Please, for your sake, take the time to read about our experience so that your experience is better than ours was We recently purchased a new Murano from this dealership. The experience was, as you can see based on the above rating, horrible. Our issues stemmed from the staff's lack of knowledge of the vehicle warranty and their dishonesty. We will not be using this dealership for servicing or anything that we don't absolutely have to use them for going forward. The warranty was basically the only reason we decided we wanted a new vehicle; however, when we asked questions about the frequency and extent of servicing we needed in order to make sure we didn't void the warranty, they were unable to give us an answer. They put a service schedule in front of us and some of the staff said that we needed to adhere to that schedule in order to maintain the validity of the warranty, but their service department head couldn't confirm whether that was actually the case. They were never able to give us a confident answer, and we've had to read the warranty since to ensure we know what we can and cannot do. The worst part of the experience was when we decided to go ahead with buying the vehicle. We settled upon a price, chose a color, and they came back with a bill of sale for us to sign. I signed it, thinking all was well. The sales associate later came back and said that, in the interest of full disclosure, they wanted to let us know that the vehicle had technically been purchased once before, but hadn't been picked up from the lot. This was not a big deal to us, and we said so. But the associate then put a one-page acknowledgement form in front of us and asked us to sign it saying that we acknowledged this. I took the time to read the acknowledgement, and noticed that he failed to mention that the warranty had started running the first time it was sold - i.e. they were asking us to forfeit part of the warranty we understood we were paying for AND which we had said was the primary reason we were going with a new car. He knew this but decided not to tell me before asking me to sign off. Needless to say, we didn't sign it, and instead asked them to show us new colors so we could get another model which didn't have this issue. Instead of going forward with our suggestion, they decided to offer us "solutions" in the form of up-sells (which took another hour of our time). They said they'd discount the extended warranty. We refused to pay more to fix a problem of their own making, and said that they either had to get us a vehicle that didn't have this issue or we were walking from the deal. Keep in mind that this all happened after I had already paid the deposit. If you take nothing else away from this, please remember that these guys do not necessarily know much about the warranty, and that they may not be giving you all the information you think is important. We both work in the legal field and were horrified by their knowing so little about the warranty, and with our associate's behaviour in asking us to sign away something we understood we were paying for. Ask as many questions as possible to ensure you feel comfortable before going through with a purchase here. read more

My family purchased a Murano from Sunridge Nissan a few years ago and I can say I would not purchase another vehicle from them. On the service side, they are pretty good and I've only had one problem with them where they damaged my vehicle while it was being repaired and they fixed it for free (as they should). On the sales side however, the salespeople are very pushy and aggressive. While looking around the sales floor you can expect to be hounded repeatedly. When I asked about the price of a vehicle, I was told that their policy was not to talk about price until the customer had taken a test drive. That's ridiculous. If the vehicle is out of my price range, then why would I waste my time taking it for a drive? I told them I would just check the MSRP online and they didn't seem to care. We did find a good deal on our Murano but after a while but it took about 6 hours for them to close out the sale - even though we paid in cash. The accounts manager kept on trying to push a ton of extras onto us like extended warranties, etc and wouldn't take no for an answer. At one point he asked us to finance the vehicle so that it would help his stats and said that we could just pay out the loan with our cash payment so there would be no cost to us. That's a pain that I am not going to go through. While we were negotiating, we were told by the salesperson and the accounts manager about their VIP Elite program. They make it sound really good where there is a comfortable VIP room for you to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. We did agree to buy a warranty but negotiated the VIP Elite program as part of the deal. What a disappointment. Here are some of the things you are supposed to get. (a) use of the VIP room - a small room with a massage chair and personal TV. The room is supposed to have bottled water in it as well. However, about half of the time I have gone to use it, there is no bottled water and the TV has no cable. When I asked the front desk lady about it, she didn't know why that was the case. (b) we were told that you could drop off your car if you were going on a trip and they would drop you off and pick you up from the airport - never used this service. (c) We were told that VIP Elite members did not need to make service appointments for basic services like oil changes - we could just show up anytime and they would prioritize us. This is a flat out lie. I was skeptical about it and called to make an appointment for my first service and asked the service people about this. They said it was not true - how could they run the shop if anyone could come and bump another customer at any time? I don't like being lied to and feel like I can't trust Sunridge Nissan any more. After the sale, I received many calls from sales associates asking me to come in to check out new sales or to have my vehicle assessed for a possible trade in. The language they use was very aggressive (ie. "When are you going to come in and talk to me about this trade in!?") and constant. Overall the experience was just unpleasant. You can find good deals anywhere and I will be looking elsewhere from now on. read more

Today they called him to say he would need a new thermostat to the tune of $400. We are pretty certain they kept putting him off until he was at 60 K and then they wouldn't have to help him out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Bought my first car, and it was probably the worst experience. When I asked to complain to the manager, the person selling me the new 2014 Rouge said he will give me $300 off insurance (that I told him I DID NOT want in the first place). I had gone during lunch to pick up my car and didn't have the time to argue with him. The car is great, but service is horrible. I got my car 3 months ago. Yesterday I called to get a quote on a car starter, the girl put me through to parts, and the man said he doesn't know, apologized, and hung up. Then I called Nissan customer service, and the rep told me to call Royal Oak Nissan. The man at Royal Oak, Mike I believe, was so friendly and told me to hold for 2 minutes, and came back on the line with a quote. DO NOT GO TO Sunridge Nissan. Save yourself the headache and go to Royal Oak. I love my car, but will never purchase another Nissan again. The sales staff doesn't cater to you as a person. read more

I have now had my 2014 car for a year. No, the vehicle is not treating me well. I was impressed with the sales rep that I dealt with when I made my purchase; however I am no longer happy with the company. Once the purchase was made, that's it!. Sales depart: I wasn't happy with the vehicle after driving it for a short period of time. (Driver's seat is not comfortable at all & inside temperature takes a long time to heat up -- I can drive across the city on a cold day and the inside of the car will finally be warm by the time I get to work) I wanted to trade it in shortly into the new year (within a few months of my purchase). I was offered a slap in the face (figuratively speaking) for a trade in. I obviously didn't trade it in and feel stuck with the vehicle. Service Depart: My vehicle concerns are addressed with this" That is normal" "That is expected" Well, this may be normal for Nissan vehicles, it is not normal! 1. The vehicle hesitates or chokes and lunges forward at low RPMs. NOTE ** I had informed the Service Depart. that there was a problem during my 1st service completed in the summer of 2014. During my recent service check (Dec. 18), I informed them that it was still a problem and tried to explain in more detail what was happening. They performed an idle relearn. I was going to be charged, because the warranty on that service was up on Dec. 16. I had to remind them that it was not a NEW problem. In the end I wasn't charged for that part of the service. I will have to monitor it and see if anything improves. If not, I'm sure that I will be charged in the future because( as I was told), that part of the warranty is up.... 2. the vehicle clunks/ drops into reverse when parking on the slightest angle... Nissan's view -- This is normal .. Never happened with my Toyota!!! 3. The block heater cord clip scratches the bumper. I wanted the scratches properly repaired and a new solution to prevent further scratches. I was told that this was normal and nothing would be done about it. This is a new vehicle -- how can a company accept scratches/ damage from what they have installed as normal and acceptable? Will my next vehicle purchase be a Nissan? NO! No way -- What they consider normal, is NOT NORMAL in other vehicles. Update**** Contacted Nissan Canada... They won't do anything. .. I guess they don't care about the quality of their product either.. this explains Sunridge Nissan's view... Again. .. Next Vehicle WON'T BE A NISSAN! J Calgary Gal REPLY read more

I just purchased a brand new 2014 pathfinder at Sunridge Nissan in DEC 27, 2014, I picked up the car by Dec 31, 2014, when we started the car, all the lights on the speedometer, turned on and stayed on, then the sales brought a technician to us, he said just turn to shipping mode, then he pressed some button he thought he fixed it, then when drove it home, it changed to shipping mode again, the speedometer broke down, no signal, no light, no sppeedometer, we called the sales and dropped the car off at dealership by jan 5, 2015, they spent a day to fix, but the same problem came out again and again randomly, then the second time we dropped the car off by jan 9, 2015, at the end of the day they told us they can't fix until january 12, 2015, then they told us again they need to order the part from japan, it takes couple weeks to fix that, during this time we have been called the sales a couple times, he just ignored our phone call, then we went to the dealership spoke to the manager, I explained the situation i had, we request for a new car, they refused our request and told us they would try to fix the car, they told me that they will fix next day, then they called me after next day, it took 2 more days to fix it, and the fuse box already being shipping, they kept postponing the time. I just had my car 7 days and you guys kept my car more then I had, I had no car with me, I had to take the bus to go to work, dropped my kids off at school, just because you guys don't know how to fix the car, mess up my life, I am really frustration about how I have been treated. when the dealership asked me to pick up the car, they should have checked and made sure the car doesn't have any more problems, and they tried to fixed my car for 2 times, still same problem going on and on, it's so unprofessional, I spent $27000+$5500(financing cost) to buy a broken car from them, I have been called and left message the general manager for a couple times, she never get back to me, I'm so upset about this dealership, they don't care about the customers, and they don't have any customer service, I am appauled at the service they provided me. read more

Very unscrupulous outfit. They tried to overcharge me. High pressure sales tactics. No way - never!
