A mixed review. I bought my third vehicle from Sunridge Nissan in December 2018. Went to just see what was on the lot and was submitted to the Spanish Inquisition by the sales rep - would have walked, but Danelle's personality won me over. I needed a replacement vehicle in a hurry - my Toyota had been written off, and they did pull all the stops to find the right vehicle. Price was higher than I wanted but I was able to scrape up the amount needed, and it really was a good deal. Drove away LOVING the car but then found that the registration plate had been tacked on with only one screw and had dropped and was already marking the paint. The grommet on the other side was missing - leaving a gaping hole for water to get in and rot the panel. This meant cancelling an appointment (money I couldn't afford to lose) to come in and get it done properly. Then I couldn't work out how to view the total mileage travelled by the car (looked on line and found several others trying to figure it out also - with no answers) and AGAIN had to come in to be shown how to do it. My salesperson wasn't there to meet me as planned, but another salesperson was able to work it out. Still LOVE the car but the experience did take some of the shine out of buying it (cost me around $300.00 in lost business). I have read some pretty unhappy comments re the finance guy (Arthur Lim?) but he was fantastic in his dealing with me. Would I buy again from Sunridge? Probably, but I'd be better armed with what to watch out for. On Thursday 10/08/2020, I was looking around to buy used car, and I went to Nissan website and went to used car section, I found Toyota sienna 2019 with $26,226 (by cash), I contacted the dealer and got the message saying coming to location address 3131 32nd Ave NE at 7 PM to see a guy called W. When I got there, there is no guy name W. I talked to the receptionist, I found out I needed to go to another location closed to it around 26 ST SE. It seemed like Nissan company connected with another company for used car using their name and good reputation (disappointed with Nissan - I used to have Nissan Juke - Never buy Nissan again). I went to used car SUNDRIGE NISSAN dealership and I met another guy called A, he was a nice guy but he told me all details about used Toyota Sienna 2019. Everything looked great in the paper like engine, electronic, vvv... When I got the price of the car, he calculated all fee included the DOC fee that is about $899. The manager gave me $200 discount but I did not like it. On Friday 10/09/2020, the price was going up $29,999. I called back the guy A and he said he would honor the original price ($26,226) with one condition I must buy Toyota Sienna with finance minimum 6 months (cost me $300 more). I felt ridiculous like he tried to earn money by forcing me to get finance even I had enough money to pay off. I looked the car again and I found there was a hole in the front car ( a guy called A fixed as he promised) but he lied about the other things such as 2 head rest. I and my wife asked him, headrest was missing or not, he said NO NO NO, they were in the back with all winter wheels covered them. I was so stupid to trust this guy. I went over all details about process of buying and trading. A guy called A traded in my Nissan Juke 2016 SL (45,000 km) for $13,500 ( I expected it $15,000) and got the Toyota Sienna 2019 SL for 26,000. I have to pay for the rest with my finance around 14,000 with tax included. I deposited $500 for Toyota Sienna 2019 LE. I finished the process of selling Juke 2016 SL and buying Toyota Sienna 2019 LE with a dream there is no trouble with Toyota Sienna 2019 LE and deposit $500 to keep the car. On Saturday 10/10/2020 I went in to see finance guy called L, and he asked me to buy more stuff such as Paint Protection, Rush Protection but I did not buy them. And then he sold me another one Extended warranty at the beginning 2,560 and then finally $1585 for (6 years or 80 thousand km), he did not mention anything about the interest rate until I asked him how much, he told me 7.9%. and I asked why website saying only 5.99%, and he said it is the best he could offer and asked me to sign the paper work and got the $500 deposit refund. I got the Van and drove home and hope there was nothing wrong. When I got home, things were getting worry, I found out there was a missing head rest and check charging system message. I said to guy A who should keep his words to give me the head rest and fix the issue with the message. He said NO WORRY (LIE again). On Tuesday 10/13/2020, I took one day off to send my car to used car SUNDRIGE NISSAN, and hope they would fix all mentioned issues because I saw 30 policy. (Don't trust it, it does not exist). When I got the car back, all things were the same, missing head rest, the message was there too (wasted my day). And I got a new message "Low Tire", that was funny when the manager said I could go to gas station to fill up myself (services were low), and another promise, they would call me in another day to tell me about the cost for missing headrest. LOL. I were tired to argue with them so I left SUNDRIDGE NISSAN with all disappointed. In my opinion, you should not trust any word from dealer or manager, all about LIE, they just try to earn money by telling it. I am okay to spend money with all cost like missing head rest, or send my car to Toyota to check all engine, vv. which were mentioned in their document. ( LOL pay $699 for nothing). If you buy used car, you should make sure you check everything yourself and your mechanic before signing paper work. DON'T TALK TO DEALER. read more

This review is 2 years in the making because I was allowing them time rectify the situation. I bought my car at the end of 2022, I was out of town when making the purchase and my sales person Malik and the finance person William were both very helpful at getting everything together so I could pick up my car when I got to town. when I went to pick up my car I had to wait 45 minutes after I had specified exactly what time I would be showing up as I had to fly into town. I asked for the winter tires to be put on the car as it was the end of October and I had to drive thru the mountains shortly after picking up the vehicle. Malik called after picking up the vehicle to let me know they would be sending me a cheque to replace the windshield as it was cracked at the time of purchase. After months of back and forth I still have not seen anything for my windshield. Very disappointed with this empty promise. read more

I said I didn't and couldn't do one so he got up from the desk gave me his back and walked away . Extremely rude and manipulative sales tactic . i mean do they want our patronage . Shaf apologized then brought in the general manager who was much more negotiable . But because of this first exchange I left and went and bought a car at anothet dealership the same day . Me and my husband purchased a Nissan used Qashqai back in November 2021. The sale person Joe had such friendly attitude and took a good care of us. We test drove the car and talked some more details and purchased a few days later. Their mechanic checked everything and mentioned it was a non accident car. We have the records too. 6 month later, We took our car to different mechanic this spring for a tire change. We found out it was a damaged car. There was a damage left corner front inside of the car that mechanic couldn't take the tire out. We talked a lawyer and sent a letter to them. The Nissan dealer told us technically it was our fault that we did not bring the car to other mechanic but relied on their check. Who think that dealership will betray their customers like that? Be careful and do not trust what they tell you. Make sure you take the car to the other mechanic because they do not tell you the truth. We will never ever use the Nissan sunridge and Nissan overall. read more

I've been wanting to update my review for awhile. Shortly after I purchased the car, I noticed that it still had winter tires on, despite it being June. Since the car came with both sets of tires, I emailed and asked if they could switch the tires out, as really, this should have been something they noticed and did anyways when the car was being inspected for purchase. I received a reply that my salesman would see what he could do. And that was it - nothing. I ended up taking the car to a tire place and paid for the change. To sum up my experience, when you are there shopping, they were nice to me and I felt appreciated as a customer. However, after I drove that car off the lot - they did not care for me or any of my future business again. read more

Went to buy a vehicle through the dealership and price was agreed on. Next day I was told it was sold. I called their other Kaizen group dealership to be told it wasnt. Jesse at Sunridge told me it had all sorts of mechanical issues to the point of being auctioned off and Country Hills Hyundai told me it had no issues. Jesse told me their other partner dealership had highly deceptive practices often and might not be part of the group much longer. Calvin at other dealership where car was located tried to add above list price over $1000 in 'dealership fees' before GST which for the record AMVIC is only $6.25 in case a dealership tries to take you. After agreeing on price GST is pretty much the only thing a person should pay for. Highly confused I confronted management of both dealerships and was told different stories. While mildly apologetic half truths were met by both each attacking the other. You would not expect this from management. It was so disgusting I called AMVIC to find out what is actually true and found they were operating quite unethically. If you should happen to be looking for a car avoid all Kaizen group dealerships as it seems to be consistent in poor practices. So bad in fact I have elected to buy new at another group dealership. If they don't sell many cars there is a reason why. Management down could use some training on ethics and service. I will however say, Shaw GMC has an excellent service department but their sales is relative to what I saw at other Kaizen dealerships. read more

I paid a significant amount for their services and yet his customer service is really poor that he didnt provide me with any options even though I gave him suggestions. So disappointing. What a Joke... Ok so I'm a bit of a Car Enthusiast. I may not be an expert but i did research prices and models before going in. Went into Sunridge Nissan the other week looking to buy a Nissan Micra, The base model is $9999 and the Automatic Model is between $13 000 - $15 000 depending on what features you want. We went in to take a look around and was greeted by a dark skinned sales man, instantly I knew I was in for the sales pitch of a life time. After asking numerous times to build a micra I was constantly ignored and upsold, I polietly declined and asked to see the automatic nissan micra model. Once again I was ignored, until finally I said " thats it im leaving ". I was then stopped at the door and offered a once in a life time chance to see the micra, but it was $28 000 after all of the fee's, warranties ect. This is an absolute joke, $28 000 for a $10 000 car? DO NOT GO HERE, Go to one of the non commission places. I wish I could give it lower than 1 star, fire that staff member too he's an utter joke. read more

Bought the whole package with extended warranty. The whole experience was awful. Didn't get to see my car. When I picked it up got 100 kicks on it. One of the button is broken and they refuse to fix it. This was under a week....yah won't fix it After the sale of my car I was disguarded like a trash I know 22,000 is nothing compared to others but it suppose to be only 14,000 car! So annoyed...I never went back there. I went to brass Nissan and they fixed the button no problem. Bunch of crappies in that dealership. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there...if you do at your own risk. Their sales staff were super pushy and we ended up buying a car that was NOT what we wanted nor needed WITHOUT A TEST DRIVE. They're super pushy! They sold us an extended warranty with false promises and when they wouldn't fix was what promised they provided the excuse of the sales guy no longer working there. I paid for 3 diagnostics of the vehicle due to transmission problems and they didn't deal with the problem until the 3rd. They wouldn't refund the past diagnostic charges. We traded the car in at another dealership couple weeks after they replaced the transmission and we will never buy a Nissan again. They're cheap and unreliable and aren't priced to suit. Stay away from CVTs! They're good for gas mileage but there's a reason they have 200k km warranties! Our's failed at 60k! Overall our experiences at this dealer left such a bast taste in our mouth we're never buying a new Nissan again. Ever. read more

Sunridge Nissan's used car lot is a good place to avoid if you don't want to get ripped off. I bought a used Dodge Dakota in November 2012. The mechanical report (which they have to provide under provincial law) showed there were a number of issues with the truck. Since it was a 2003, they didn't make any repairs because it hurts their profit. I was OK with that, since they identified a bunch of problems. I negotiated a price to take into account the cost of repairs and we closed the deal. When I took the truck to my mechanic he discovered that the mechanical report failed to mention a number of important failures: *Front brake calipers were seized solid *Steering rack was leaking heavily *Serious electrical discharge problem that left my brand new battery completely dead in three days I called Sunridge Nissan to seek compensation for the extra $1,700 I had to pay for the unidentified problems, and they advised that because I had the repairs already completed, they couldn't verify that they were necessary and would not be paying for anything. I then asked them to pay for the replacement of the faulty ignition (which a second trip to my mechanic revealed to be the root of the electrical discharge problem), which is going to cost $550. They refused, and offered me a 'preferred' labour rate on work done in their shop. Clearly, they wouldn't have helped me out with the other problems either, based on this response. This place is the lowest of the low when it comes to customer service. Save yourself some time - if you ever feel like buying a used car here, just burn a wad of cash instead. At least you'll get a bit of heat from that, and you'll come out ahead. I'm currently considering launching a small claims court action, since it isn't right that Sunridge Nissan can lie on their provincial mechanical inspection report and get away with it. read more

When I first walked in here I felt comfortable and confident. I was treated nicely and was given details on everything I asked for. The issue came when it was time to purchase. I put a $300 deposit down and was told I would get a phone call when my new car came in. A week went by and no phone call. I called them and left multiple messages for the salesman I was dealing with and then for the manager and another week later no return call. I sent them emails and called for 3 weeks straight and never got an answer from anyone. I finally said f*** it and took the $300 loss. I would've been very happy with them had it not been for this scenario. I would've appreciated a call or even an email back from anyone explaining what happened but this never came. I was also promised if anything happened I would get the $300 back and that clearly didn't happen either. $300 is a lot for me to lose. Absolutely horrible service and experience! First off, I walked in there planning on just looking at vehicles, the salesman was extremely pushy and within the next hour we had already sat down to go over the paperwork for financing a new vehicle. Now I am fairly young and have no experience or knowledge when it comes to this type of stuff, and was under the impression nothing that was happeing that day was final. I was told I had to put a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit down to ensure I could hold the vehicle while I wait to see if I was approved. A few days passed and I had still not recieved any information, so I called and was sent to voicemail multiple times, and when I asked for them to email all the vehicle information I was told to look on the website. Because of this shitty service and still being unsure if I was approved or not, I decided I did not want to go through with the deal and notified them that I was backing out and would be back in to get my deposit back. However, they went ahead and ordered the vehicle in the color I had asked for, fully knowing I was backing out of the deal and because of this they "could not refund me because of shipping costs." They were extremely hard to deal with and extremely pushy when I was trying to get my $500 back and left me with the option of either buying the vehicle or loosing my $500. They took advantage of the fact I was young and not knowledgeable in what I was doing. I had Sunridge Nissan on a pedestal. They have fallen hard and I'm extremely disappointed with my most recent experience. I cannot possibly get excited about them right now or recommend anyone to this dealership based on the functional level of its current team. This review is long and I apologize, but anyone who cares about customer service at this Nissan location should know the details. I received a second letter from them in June, trying to entice me to trade in my 2013 Juke. They're hungry for used vehicles. I decided to see what they could pull out of their hat, so I negotiated a deal which resulted in me leasing a 2016 Juke at no extra cost. Good-bye Atomic Gold, hello Cayenne Red. However, the actual trade took longer than expected because someone ordered the wrong color vehicle, so I had to wait 2wks. I would have waited longer had I not told the dealership to put a rush on it. In doing so, I think someone had to drive the correct Juke from out of town because it arrived with 215km on it and a McDonald's programmed into the GPS. Are you kidding me? The lease papers stated the odometer reading was 99km, which I will address with them yet. I drive for work so every km counts on a lease agreement. However, these things aren't what angered me the most about my experience. While I was waiting for the Juke, I didn't feel there was adequate communication. The salesman told me he called and left a voicemail regarding the mix-up in the order, but I never received this. The Financial Services Manager "lost" an email from my spouse and didn't return one of my phone calls. I tried to get the VIN for the vehicle so I could deal with insurance, but the mission was not accomplished. The day I was told to pick up the 2016 Juke, no one asked me to bring banking info for them, so I had to go to the bank on a Saturday afternoon. Thank god the closest CIBC to the dealership was open. We dealt with 2 financial managers because neither of them could commit the time to following through with the entire process that day. They didn't actually have the Juke clean when I arrived with my spouse, so they handed us gift cards and sent us for lunch. However, this didn't kill enough time. How many hours were my spouse and I strung along thanks to, "Just wait 10min." "Don't worry, it should only be another half an hour." "I'm sorry, can you hang out for another 45min?" 330 minutes (that's 5.5hrs) after we initially arrived, I was finally seeing my new vehicle for the first time. They wasted this much time for two busy humans who have better things to do. Why they didn't just send us home for a half day is beyond me. I was so angry that it took all I had not to cry. I was seeing Cayenne Red before I saw the Juke. I lowered my standards and used a swear word with the salesman and manager, which is something my professional self would NEVER do. The cherry on top was the salesman telling me, "I'm sorry, you're supposed to receive a gift in the back seat of the Juke but we're all out. Can you tell them the next time you're in so you can get it?" Nissan robbed me of all joy I should have had while driving away in my new wheels. They apologized and offered me free oil changes for the next 12 months (which is realistically only going to be 1, maybe 2 if I'm lucky). Will I ever trust them again? Who knows. I feel they screwed up in so many ways that there is nothing they can do to redeem themselves. A miracle will have to happen. In the meantime, I'm stuck facing these folks for years to come so I'll have to pull out my best self-coaching skills and deal. read more

They offer free oil changes if you buy your vehicle there. They also take no less than 2 hours for each oil change. Been there 3 times for oil changes and have ranged from 2 hours to over 3 hours. They offer incentives to purchase your vehicle from them and then make those incentives too inconvenient to actually use. All so that they can run more money making customers through. As a business model, sure I get it, but on a personal level, absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. read more

1: 9am 2 Nov 2021 : Booked in for the following on my Qashqai: 8000 km oil change etc., windscreen chip repair ($30) and fitting my winter tires ( tires and rims from my old Trax) on the car . 2: 9:30am 2Nov 2021: Their shuttle service drops me at my home address 3: +-11am 2 Nov 2021: Received a call from the service consultant informing me of the following: 1: My old Trax rims don't fit on the Qashqai. There is a 5mm difference between the Trax and Qashqai hubs, so I bought 4 winter tires from Sunridge Nissan and requested that they fit the tires on the Qashqai. 2: When the technician attempted to fix the miniscule windscreen chip the windscreen cracked from top to bottom. This is a risk that a car owner accepts when fixing windscreen chips, so I requested that they fit a new windscreen at a total cost $360. 4: 4:30pm 2Nov 2021: Their shuttle service picks me up and drives me to Sunridge Nissan. I pay for service, tires and windscreen and go on my merry way. 5: 4 Nov 2021: I drive on Deerfoot and notice a noise coming from the windscreen at speeds over 90 km/h. I then phone the service consultant and make an appointment to get the problem fixed on Monday, 8 Nov at 9:00 am. 6: 9:00am 8 Nov 2021: Arrive at Sunridge Nissan Service department and are told that the technician did not book in for work. I accept that plans don't always work out and inform the service consultant in a polite manner that I will bring in the vehicle the next day, Tuesday 9 Nov 2021, at 09:00am. Later I find out that the technician broke a toe ( maybe when kicking my windscreen ) 7: 9:00am 9 Nov 2021: Book in the Qashqai for the follow up windscreen repair. The technician is at work, so happiness. I then proceed to the lounge to await my shuttle ride. 8: 10:00am 9 Nov 2021: After waiting an hour for the shuttle ride, I then ask the service consultant the estimated time that is still required to finish the windscreen repair. He informs me that it should be +- 40 minutes. I then decide that it will be better to wait, because the back and forth with the shuttle will take more than 40 minutes. 9: 12pm 9Nov 2021: The 40 minutes wait time became 2 hours: The consultant informs me that the technician took the vehicle for a test drive to be sure the problem is fixed. I then decide to wait outside the service building to save time when the technician gets back. 10: 12:20pm 9Nov 2021: My Qashqai arrives, but the technician parks and rushes inside with the key because he wants to be sure I don't have to pay for the repair. At that moment I became annoyed, but still kept calm and was polite to all the employees. 11: 12:45pm 9Nov 2021: Just as I arrive home, the consultant phones and informs me that the technician forgot to assemble the passenger seat belt height adjustor again after the repair. Why it is necessary to take apart the seat belt height adjustor to repair a windscreen is beyond me. I then inform the consultant that I will assemble the height adjustor myself, thank you. When I looked in the car for the adjustor parts, I discovered that the technician left behind his cordless drill and other tools and the pin for assembling the height adjustor is missing. 1:15pm 9 Nov: I phone the consultant and inform him that the technician left his tools in my car and that I will take the tools to Sunridge Nissan at 4:30pm and requested that they try to find the missing pin to assemble the height adjustor when I take back the tools. He informs me that 4:30 is not a good time because the technician with the broken toe went home to nurse his toe. I got my car service there about a week ago, it died on the side of the road on the way to the shop after some problems over the weekend, looking on line i found out what my problem was " crankshaft position sensor" on "some" Altimas it is a warranty recall... even tho i experienced the EXACT same symptoms and the $120.00 diagnostics test SAID it was that that failed MY Altima was not covered.. $330.00 repair, there was a recall on my car for the rear suspension that the dealership charged Nissan for 14h of work and a part that cost a few thousand dollars.... they were happy to fix that one..BUT i was told that if the mechanic broke any bolts it would be $20.00 to ME to pay ( well DON'T BREAK ANY) and after this that the $120.00 Wheel aliment ( not mandated by Nissan ) BUT fully recommended by the dealer was NOT covered. Really if like the dealer said if you are messing around with the suspension and wheel Assembly the aliment is needed.... Nissan Canada should have THAT in the recall payment also, well 2 nuts were broken and i believe that the SW knew that i would speak up charged me $2.40 a nut still there should have been not charge, MY SW was nice and helpful and took me to look at my car,, with the back end completely dismantled i noticed both my break calibers hanging from the break hose ( something that my shop teacher in HS would have failed us if we did) i don't know how long they were hanging but when ti mentioned that to the mechanic it was quickly tied up........ got the phone call about extra things that "should" be done ended up paying $23.30 for a OME air filter but Declined the $105.00 cabin Filter change, ( i went to Auto Value got a top of the line cabin filter for $21.00 and it took me 5min to put it in behind my glove box and never needed a screw driver Nissan glove box has little hooks that just popped off....... so saved over $80.00 on that... total cost to get my car back over $650.00 not good for an "05 Altima :( the shuttle driver was nice he was driving me back to work in a snow storm and got me there on time!! read more

I recalled a situation at Sunridge Nissan a few years back after reading Crystal W.'s review. We were in the process of doing up the paperwork to purchase a Versa Note from a trade in and we had all these extras including if we got it that day. I don't know remember why exactly but there was an issue and then the finance manager lady told us to come back a few days her and email her. When we returned a few days later and she said she never got the email. Obviously that was a lie as I pulled out my phone and showed her my outbox and she process to tell me she must of deleted my email. I don't recall the salesperson experience. Anyways, don't remember much but we ended up at Brasso Nissan instead to purchase the Versa Note. read more

I had booked a test drive of a vehicle at this dealership, along with several other dealerships in the city. The night before I was scheduled to test drive a car at the Nissan dealership, I found a car I liked at another dealership and went forward with purchasing it. I emailed C, who is who I had been in contact with, the morning of the test drive to let him know that I would like to cancel my test drive as I had purchased a vehicle and was no longer looking for one. Later in the evening I received a text message from C, asking if I was still coming or if I needed to reschedule. I immediately responded and apologized for the miscommunication. I told him that I had emailed in the morning to cancel, and explained that I had already purchased a vehicle, and thanked him for his time. A short while later, my phone rings, and it's C. He again asks if I am coming to do a test drive, or if I needed to reschedule. I again apologized, and explained that I had emailed him this morning to cancel, and had responded to his text, and again reiterated that I wanted to cancel as I had already purchased a vehicle. He responded "Hm. Ok." and hung up on me without saying goodbye. I feel like I dodged a bullet dealing with this dealership, especially after seeing they have such a low rating, and many bad reviews. I am so grateful I found a dealership with excellent customer service, where they put their customers first. I would never return to do business with this dealership in the future. read more

Buyer beware. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Versa Note in December 2013. They are helpful when you are buying; however, once you have made your purchase they really don't care if you are satisfied. Problems: -Very uncomfortable seat!! -Clunking when going into reverse (sometimes). -Scratches on the bumper caused by the metal block heater cord attachment. ( my problem/cost to repair - so they tell me) -It takes a long time to heat up in the winter -Hard to pass cars on the highway... no guts. .. revs up to 5000 rpms to pass -paint chips really easily and paint touch up pen is terrible. ( I tried to trade it in after less than 3000km and they offered me just over 9,000 for a trade in!!! What a rip off!! .. . I am stuck with it for now. Buyer beware. jl calgary read more

I've had nothing but bad expiriences here. In December 2016, I bought a new 2017 Rogue, Star Wars edition. Up until the day of the sale, things were going smoothly. The day of the sale, I left around 4:30pm because when emptying my trade in vehicle inleft my license and credit card at home. Once I got home through crazy deerfoot traffic, I realized I would miss the premier of the Star Wars movie Rogue One, which I already purchased tickets for. I told the dealership I'd need to complete the sale the next morning or else I wouldn't make the movie. The salesman called me back multiple times, each time offering me more extras that I frankly didn't want. I was up front and asked why it was such a big deal I come back, and they told me they needed their Christmas bonus and they have kids, and a whole sob story I couldn't sleep at night denying. We can argue it's my fault for letting this manipulation happen, but when I got to the dealership I had clearly been sobbing enough to make everyone in the room uncomfortable. I sat while I was asked about additions and warranties and said "sure" until I had an extra $10'000 on to my bill of sale. I was so distraught that I didn't even check my monthly payments (which were higher than the hard number I gave them) and I ended up missing the movie the car was based on. This was such a stressful emotional expirience for me that every time I get into my car I feel regret and resentment and has truly ruined the entire expirience for me, and I think about it every day. Friday May 4th (ironically Star Wars day!), I take my car in to get my summer tires put on, and I'm told I need a bunch of services I don't feel confident about but I say ok anyways. Stood around for 15 minutes before anyone was available to help me. I come back to retrieve my car and pay the $500 I was told it would cost. It doesn't go through, but I know I have the balance. It goes through the second time. I check my credit card this morning and see the payment has been authorization twice, leaving me with hardly any room left on my card. I call the dealership before I get out of bed. Ask them to reverse that obviously duplicated charge. They tell me there's nothing they can do unless I come into the store. I explain to them it's 3.5 hours away from me, and I get an attitude like that's not their problem. My credit card company explains to me they should have no problem canceling the charge considering I have both authorization codes. Anyways if anyone reads my novel of a review, you're probably thinking yeah, you should've been smarter. And you can bet I will be. I will not be coming back to this dealership and as soon as I'm able to financially handle the burden of selling the car, I will, because this has been a terrible expirience and effects me everyday. Sunridge Nissan does not stand behind their work. I bought my Rogue new from them and the customer service was lacking from the start. All they want is your money and they don't care about you or your vehicle as soon as you leave their lot. My steering wheel was making noises and I brought it in. They "supposedly" fixed the issue and it kept doing it. While in for an oil change, I asked if this could be fixed as they had not fixed it when originally brought it. I was told that they had to charge me for it despite the fact that they had not fixed it to begin with. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with and will never recommend to purchase a vehicle from them. If I could rate them as ZERO stars I would. read more

Pleasant experience with service department! Previously I had provided a less than complimentary review of the Sales Department @ Sunridge Nissan. I got a call last week from the Service Department letting me know there was a couple recalls on my 2015 Nissan Murano. I booked an appointment knowing full well that they would be trying to sell me additional services. I dropped my car off on time, and was called two hours later to let me know the service was complete. I picked up the vehicle and there were no extra charges, extra work or sales tactics used. In fact, Jesicca (Service Advisor) was extremely efficient and helpful. She event went to Parts for me while the vehicle was being serviced and picked up a small clip for me that I needed for my mud flaps. Really helpful as I was in a hurry as always. I took my car to Sunridge Nissan almost a year ago to do a brake inspection, because something was squeaking and I thought the pads were on the metal. They called me to say that the front pads only had 25% left on them, and that the rear brake shoes (drum brakes on those ones) only had 20% left, and that I should replace them. I declined that at the time since the car had 100,000 kilometers on the odometer, and since I only did highway anyway, so I figured I could drive another 15,000 kilometers safely. Now, one year and 15,000 kilometers later, I went to Canadian Tire to get 4 new tires and 4 new brakes (pads + rotors in the front, and shoes in the back). The CT mechanic took the rear drums apart, showed me the brake shoes while the car was on the hoist, showed me a new brake shoe, conclusion: STILL OVER 80% LEFT ON THE REAR. He showed me the front caliper and pad, and a new pad, conclusion: STILL 60% LEFT ON THE FRONT PADS! Do not go to Sunridge Nissan! They will scam you and lie to your face. These people would probably sell their own mother if it meant they could have one more cent in their bank accounts! read more

Just bought my first vehicle at Sunridge Nissan, and the Sales Consultant who helped me through the process was CARMELO MISURACA. He very patiently explained all of the checks the used car had gone through before being put on their "used" lot. He and I went for a test drive, then I went again the next day with my teenaged son. Carmelo was very polite and helpful again. We came back the third time when my husband got back into town. After that third test drive, we signed on the dotted line! Throughout the whole process, Carmelo was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and quite helpful. I'm sure I drove him nuts with my questions, but he never showed it. He just kept flashing that smile! With all of the people I was involved with at Sunridge Nissan throughout this process, I'd have to say Carmelo was definitely the stand-out guy. Brought my Nissan in 2014 where they had gave free oil change services. I booked my service today and had to wait 30mins in line and other 30 mins to get the shuttle. Worst of all, when I ask about my free oil change, the guy said he doesn't had anything on record, and did nothing to check or confirm. So I now need to pay for their mistakes because they don't have the record. Never going back for services again. read more

Went to this dealership with my boyfriend when he got a car. He bought a used vehicle from this dealership and noticed issues with it within the month. When we bought the car the sales manager encouraged my boyfriend to buy the warranty - explaining to him that it costs 2k for the warranty but that it would be unlikely he'd be approved for the financing by the bank if he didn't have warranty. Additionally - he was informed that if after 2 years the warranty hadn't been used you would get the 2k back - it was like an extra insurance for the bank is what the sales manager told us. So he bought it - that money came out of the money he was planning to down on the car but he figured it's not a big deal cos in 2 years if he doesn't have to fix the car he can just put it down then - and at least the car will have warranty in case of emergency. Well last month the alternator went - and of course that's not covered under warranty even though we were informed we would have 2k worth of repairs on anything - but the worst part is probably that the dealership INCORRECTLY entered is kms in at about 60 clicks higher than what it's really at - maybe they're trying to dodge the warranty like that ?? They said they'll fix it and spent a week looking for the paperworks for it since they LOST THE FILES. alternator repair was supposed to be 2 days top to be fixed but it took them a week to figure their shit out and find the paper work and an additional 4 days to complete the repairs. When he requested if they could get him a loaner car they simply blamed someone else for the issues and said it's not their fault and declined to help. Additionally - we found out the warranty isn't a refundable program - nor is it required by the bank . The sales manager lied to our faces about the conditions of the deal and how he warranty works . We recognize now that you definitely need to see everything they say in writing in order to believe it - but this was his and my first experience buying a used car from a dealership so in hindsight we were a little naive. But - they still doesn't make the sales guy right to lie to our faces about how it all works . Save yourself, don't go here unless you're a really experienced in buying cars so you can weed out the bull and get straight to business,THE WAY IT SHOULD BE. We recently purchased a 2014 Murano at sunridge Nissan. We were not looking at purchasing that particular day however the deal Made it just right for us. We met with sales consultant Justin Hrappstead who created a comfortable environment to freely negotiate. In the end met all our must have requirements and a few extras! We love our new ride. During the purchase processing we met with Trevor Gonsalves. Trevor was extremely easy to deal with and work through number scenarios to find the best for us. He shared add on products but was not pushy at all but was however informative. Thanks for the great experience during and after our purchase. The only part of the experience that was less appealing is the waiting time while purchasing a vehicle and in between which is part and parcel. read more
