Adin sent monthly costs updates and met with me to discuss questions. Jason and Adin were creative in coming up with a couple design solutions to issues as they came up. They came out on quick notice and showed up right on time. When they arrived, they asked me what areas I wanted them to concentrate on. I let them know to use their best professional judgement but the worst problem areas for me are dusting and mopping. They nodded and went to work right away. Now everywhere I looked, there's not a dust left and everything is spotless! They even got behind this little area between my bed and window that I wondered if they'd notice. They were also very considerate of how much noise they made as I had been working from home at that time and made sure to put back my things to their original places after lifting them to dust. Price was also more than reasonable and I was not locked into a long term cleaning plan. Very highly recommended. I have used cleaners regularly and not all of them are created equal. Some of them has more skill than others. Delacruz has them in spades so they can clean the shiniest in the shortest amount of time. I'm almost afraid to leave this review because they are just so good that they will get booked very quickly and I won't be able to get on their schedule anymore. Shortly after the deck was completed, we had a torrential rainstorm. I looked under the deck - it was a dry as toast. The water just beads up - which means that the surface is hydrophobic and it should stay that way for decades to come. The steps are made of Trex and it has grooves that go cross wise. This makes it hard to slip on the stairs, but easy to clean them.

They are not aware of what solution to be used on different surface types. The cabinets as indicated in the attachment got scratches and they did a rough cleaning which even caused our blinds to fell off and the cabinet handles got broken too. After the cleaning was done and after noticing these damages (which was even evident in the pre and post cleaning pictures their cleaner has took) - I've been in touch with them to get them address the damages caused. Initially they have bought time asking for photos etc and later on when the photos took by their cleaner has confirmed it - they have agreed to hire a handyman to fix it. After couple of days when I didn't hear from them, I've tried to reach back and noticed that they have blocked mine and my spouse number. Such an unethical and unprofessional behavior - giving fake promises and later absconding. We are super worried now as even after sending multiple emails, we are not even getting a single response. So never ever trust these guys - we had the worst experience with them and so unprofessional.
