I've never been charged for an estimate in my life. But even if you think that's reasonable...was it reasonable for him to refuse to give my husband change for a $100? He's a thief and a liar. He charges whatever he wants and gets away with it. Please be careful and stay away. We are good, honest, hard-workers, and are so upset that he stole our money for nothing...and got away with it.
