He put the pump on and immediately starting cleaning my windows - mind you it was raining out and he was literally just rubbing dirty water across my windshield. He did the back windshield and by that time my car was filled - it came to 36.78. He pushed it up to $37.00 so I handed him my 2 $20 bills. He took my money, put it in his wad of cash, and never gave me change!! Upon confronting him, he stated that was his tip and pointed to my windshield. This has happened so many times but I just pushed it off. I refuse to come here anymore because today they actually tried to steal from me - on other occasions, the guy just begs me for a tip. Honestly, I tip everyone but I didn't ask for my windows to be cleaned not to mention it was raining. Avoid coming here at all costs - the name changing so many times over the years makes me think it's a shady business anyhow.
