But, with it being the scenic route I had no idea where I was or when I would see another gas station on the horizon. When I saw this on the horizon I was happy. When I pulled in, the pump I was going to pull up to was out of commission so my other option was to take the pump on the end or swing around. I chose the pump on the end, which at the time of me pulling up here was a tight squeeze. Another customer had a trailer and was blocking access for any through traffic. But at the time of me pulling in that didn't pose any problems. Until, that is, with all the other pumps open, another vehicle pulled up behind me. I had just got out of my vehicle, opened my fuel door and started the motions on the pump to pay at the pump. I looked back and saw her sitting in her vehicle given the 'hurry up' stare. Honey, I hadn't even started to pump and you think I'm finished? Luckily she got the hint when I finally pulled the pump and put it in my tank. After fueling up, I made my way inside to refresh myself and grab a few items. Something to note here, this is a shared space, Dunkin' resides in the same building and they have shared facilities. I used the facilities, clean, and made my way out to grab a few things for the rest of my travel. Fuel prices were on par for this area of New York.

I went to Dunn Tire in Auburn because I had a tire that was constantly deflating. I walked in…read morehoping for a simple replacement. What I got instead was one of the rudest, most unprofessional interactions I've ever had at a business. An employee, short, overweight, with tattooed arms and a ridiculous "viking" hairstyle, looked at my tire and said "I SeE tHaT" in the most condescending tone imaginable. I'm a grown man, I don't need to play ego games, so I let it go. Another employee quickly stepped in and shooed him off. But even as I left, the guy glared at me like he wanted to fight. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I ended up paying nearly $300 for what I thought was a new tire. A few weeks later, it started deflating again. At this point, I truly believe they didn't even replace it. Just pumped it full of Fix-a-Flat and sent me on my way. That kind of disrespect is unacceptable. My friends and family, they all know now to stay away from Dunn. Now I go to Mavis Discount Tire. Friendly staff, $125 for a real tire replacement, and not a single staff member acting like they're in a middle school turf war. If Dunn wants to know why they lose customers, this is it. And if you're thinking about going there? Don't. Go anywhere else. :)

Your company responded to call for towing service within 15 minutes of our call. Amber who was the responder arrived and handled the situation in a professional and very capable manner. The car was located on the left shoulder of the road, and traffic was stop and go through the entire process of loading the car onto the flatbed. It was obviously a very dangerous and difficult situation. Her first objective was to get my wife and me into the truck, out of harms way. Through the entire process of loading the car onto the flatbed, traffic on road were within feet of her. Once loaded Amber then transported us with the car to a local dealer where she unloaded the car and our son in law picked us up. In closing I want to commend amber for her concern for us, her skill and ability to do the job, and her professional conduct with us through the entire encounter.
