I had to make a stop as my time was going to be limited with the turnaround I had to do. I pulled into the lot and instantly notice just how busy this place can be. I first used the facilities as any smart person should. I then made my way to grab a drink and small snack. Lunch was going to be out of the question for the day. When I had my items I made my way to the register where there was a backup. Although there were self checkouts available there was a line for those as well. I stayed put in the regular register line. The location is super convenient right in Crystal City and easy to get in and out of which is huge when you are in a hurry. The gas prices are not the cheapest in the area to be honest. I have seen better deals at other stations nearby but sometimes you just need gas and this place is right there. The pumps always work and I have never had an issue with the card readers which is more than I can say for some gas stations lol. The convenience store inside is actually pretty well stocked. They have snacks and drinks and even some basic groceries and toiletries which has saved me a few times when I needed something quick. The coffee is actually not bad either, way better than I expected from a gas station and they keep it fresh throughout the day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The guy at the register always says hi and is quick with the checkout. They also have an air pump which is free and that is a huge plus because so many places charge for that now. I have used it a couple times and it always works. Now for the not so great parts and why its four stars instead of five. The prices are really the biggest thing, gas is definitely higher here than other places in Arlington. I get that its convenient but sometimes I feel like I am paying extra just for the location. Also the parking lot can get super crowded during rush hour and people are always zooming around in a hurry which makes it a little stressful to navigate. I have seen a few near misses with people backing out with out looking and honestly it gets a little chaotic. The bathroom situation is not great either. I had to use it once and it was not the cleanest, lets just say I held it next time lol. For a busy station in a prime location they could do a better job keeping up with the restrooms. Overall this is a solid gas station that is super convenient and reliable. The Bitcoin Vendor has some problems and doesn't work properly-and it's been like this a long time. I think the scanner is fubar, because it doesn't scan well at all. In fact it seems to malfunction more tha it works . Also, vending machine is jammed right up to and next to the checkout register. So, other patrons might get squirrelly if they want to check out without violating the 6 foot rule if someone is at the BC vending machine. Some of the employees here are very rude and obnoxious. I was having trouble getting it to scan so they started giving me a lot of flak. I am not the only one who has had this problem and several negative experiences with staff at this store. I don't like to focus on the negative and was not even going to post this review, however, when a good friend told me she also had a horrible experience at this store with one of the employees on two different occasions, saying that they were very mean and rude to her, even to the point of making fun of her-I figured I had to warn others to stay far away from this store and go somewhere else. There are plenty of other gas stations in Easton, and several that also have crypto currency vending machines. So, go anywhere else, and save yourself potential aggravation.
