I stayed and explained to two kind female workers that I had just paid over $24 for a car wash and expected my car to be hand dried and tire shine placed on my tires. The man continued to talk about how they were closed and even told his coworkers not to provide the service for me. If they were closed, why take my money and let me go through the car wash and refuse to provided a service that is included with my car wash? Very poor customer service to tell a paying customer who visits weekly this.

Some locations ACTUALLY COUNT THE NUMBER OF FRIES which is ridiculous for the inflated prices being charged in 2024. This location actually FILLS THE BOX UP which is a major plus. The store is fully stocked and highly organized. It's a new store. The bathrooms are clean and the overall store is clean as well. The trash cans are not overflowing nor is the coffee area mismanaged. All the milk and creamers are up to date and fresh. The soda area is fully stocked with cups and lids. As well as no soda residue on the counters. The employees are very friendly, social & professional. This location has a car wash as well as vacuums. The food has always been fresh all the times I've been here. Day & Late nights which is another major plus. So many other RoFo locations when you go late at night. The food is nowhere near fresh and the chicken is almost hard as a rock. The pricing of the food items and merchandise can however be cheaper though. Overall A+++++++++ The only downfall is despite being the year 2024. There's no EV Supercharger at this location for electric vehicles.

The service advisor, Herbert, did not pressure me on my service choices or try to sell products I didn't need. They did give quotes on recommendations , but again, no pressure. The waiting area was clean and quiet, and they had me out in a reasonable amount of time. The oil change cost me less than I could have paid had I done the work myself.
