Tow guy tried to fight my husband and then called my friend "fu$&%#g stupid" in front of a 10 YO child when she refused to back down about damage to her brand new car. Bad enough we were towed, but damage cars and curse at us because we won't accept their lack of professionalism? That's ridiculous. I'm not protesting the fact we were towed seeing the Blue Angels with our families - that's a separate issue. Exxon was happy to take the $199 per car...now take responsibility for poor work.
