I went inside and grabbed a cup, filled it with only ice and went up to the register. The girl told me it was going to be $1.50 for the cup of ice. I asked her again. It's only ice. I didn't get a soda and she said you pay full price. I have been to thousands of gas stations across the west from Texas all the way to the West Coast to Washington in Canada, but I have never been charged more than $.50 for a cup of ice. Most of the time when I'm filling up my vehicle with gas, they tell me just take the ice don't worry about it the inside was dirty and the food that was sitting in the rotating hot dog look like they had been there for five days. It was only 9 o'clock in the morning. Do yourself a favor and stop at a different gas station!

While you may want good customer service, at the end of the day this is just a pit stop type town and your just one of many people that they will serve all day. It's not like your going to be a regular here unless you travel often or stay out here for a project. My advice is to either get here earlier in the day where theres fresh food options and the town is actually open or just deal with what you get at night.

I would like to THANK Bill and Frank for making us feel comfortable and entertained during the 4 1/2 hour drive!! They seriously could star in a sitcom named, "Two Texans and a tow truck!" Also, grateful for the follow up from Bill to explain where they delivered the car and keys as it was after hours at the auto shop and we needed to retrieve items from it the next day after we rented a car. Fortunately, we ended up using GWT Diesel Services in Ozona, and we couldn't have been luckier! They were able to come out to the RV Park to assess our issues. Travis and Matt went above and beyond to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Their expertise and dedication were truly impressive, and we are incredibly grateful for their help. If you ever need RV or auto service, tires, etc., I highly recommend GWT Diesel Services. Thank you, Travis and Matt, for your exceptional service! Thank you! Roy & Paula Bertolucci

He was rude, not even an apology or attempt to help and provide any guidance or either advice. He said there's no warranty or their service or tire unless I go back 3 hours away and take them back their new tire they just put on that exploded within a few hours. Very poor service.
