The first tow truck that they sent out was to small, so they had to call for a bigger tow truck. The first driver was not about to leave me on the side of the road. He took me and my 2 travel bags back to Sonora Tx. Stopped in front a restaurant and waited for me to get my food then took me to my hotel. He made sure I got checked in and even took my bags to my room for me. He also made sure I was going to be on the first floor. I am handicapped and can't climb stairs. After that TRETO'S TIRE & TOWING and U-Haul both made sure I knew the status of the truck and when it would be towed to the hotel. It with my contents was parked in the hotels lot under lights nice and safe. The next day TRETO'S TIRE & TOWING towed my replacement U-Haul to the hotel. That insured it had a just as much gas as the first U-Haul. I am truly grateful for how well they took care of me. Ken

Very quick to respond after giving location and Mario showed up. He was very professional. He advised me where he was taking/storing my vehicle and would give a quick overview and start first thing the next morning, due to the shop closing at 6pm. I was overcharged nearly $500 for two Iron Man 3rd gen tires which are rated at $120 each, tire disposal of $10 each. The tire guy painted a pretty picture. Nothing had been done to the truck and no parts arrived. To top it off, he said the company he so called ordered the parts from was going to pay him back in installments. We had to stay in the town overnight but it's a nice and cute little town. The price was unbelievably low. He didn't try to sell us anything else or scam us. He wouldn't even take a tip. We're lucky we ended up here. We made it all the way to California.
