Candace administered my vaccine and was very helpful. I used the drive thru to pick up my prescription and that was so wonderful! All of the pharmacists are kind, attentive, and offer efficient service. Short wait times. Very clean and organized. Plenty of parking. I'll continue to come here.

I go here due to the close proximity to my home and the Speedway Rewards savings per gallon. The savings are competitive with the warehouse club gas pricing. On this day my Speedway Rewards paid off in spades at $3.47/gallon vs. $3.99/gallon as posted. The pay at the pump option is a big plus for me. Now we even have entertainment at the pump.

Closing that one has caused great problems trying to get any prescription out of this one for over 3 months. I have had MORE PROBLEMS with 3 Walgreens nearest to my home in the last 2 years than I had in 15 years I was in Monroe. But the problems here will end up killing someone if they don't fix it. Over a week at a times and now instead of putting what I had tried to get since Monday back on my profile so I could try another Walgreen's, it was deleted. I have to call my doctor to have it resent to my new drug store - CVS. Others in the long line told me how many times the had come to get what their doctor prescribed. Store managers have told me closing the Evergreen and 7 Mile store means that a 1000 prescriptions are coming to this store. But that has been happening for now a long while and corporate is not doing anything to correct the problems. No added staff or hours. In fact this store has less staff and hours than Monroe MI locations have. All the Walgreens near me do, but Monroe has much less minority population. Do they think it OK to give us less service because we are in an area with high minority population !!!!????;!! WTF!!!! What will it take, someone dying while waiting for days to have a prescription to be filled. I can just switch to a different company, but seniors might not be able to do that. Because of the service I have received and the problems, Walgreens lost a loyal life long customer with a big month.
