Just on my way back to Fraser, from Ann Arbor. Needed to stop for gas before I ran out. This was the closest place and first I saw, so I stopped. I'm super disappointed with the customer service I received. Having worked in customer service for 10+ years myself, I know how important it is. The man behind the glass & counter didn't greet me, he didn't even acknowledge my existence. I stared at him until he said "have a nice day." Just no. One of the worst gas stations I've ever been to. I only stop at this gas station when I absolutely have to. I do not understand why they decided to remove the pieces that hold the pumps on. You have to stand there and hold the stupid thing the whole time. read more

Fixed my Clutch for $600 vs. $1600 at the Ford Dealership. Used them for lots of things. Timing Belt, New Alternator. Simon is a good, competent honest mechanic. This is not Pep Boys or Belle Tire, the service may take a bit longer than somewhere. Plan accordingly. Probably better places to go to for Tires, Brakes, basic maintenance. Not the fancy Dealership amenities, but you're getting quality service from someone who actually takes the time to explain what is wrong and offers an affordable fix. read more

Two days after I dropped off the car they still had not looked at it. Never again. I need my car to be serviced, not wait days before you start. I have to get to work, run errands etc. Don't tell me to drop off the car today if you can't get to it for days.i can easily take it somewhere else that can actually start diagnostics, and not give me excuses about you are short of my mechanics,and try to convince me that "all auto service shops will make me wait days before they can start work." Unethical, and dishonest business practices, in my opinion. I found out through yelp about Dinh's Auto Repair. He took 5 minutes to get my car up on the lift, 40 mins to diagnose the problem with my a/c. Mr Dinh is like the old time service mechanics. Honest pragmatic fast and reasonably priced. read more

I hate the fact that I got a flat tire and a SO CALLED service station could not... help..... Or wait was it that they could not help or was it because they did not want to help. I think the later because it was right at closing time. I walked across to the tire shop on the opposite side and they stated that they did not have a tire my size and would wait for me if I got a tire to replace the one I need fixed. SO NONE AMERICAN BORN NATURALS....... remember that we here in America always try to go the extra mile for a fellow American. Thanks for making my wife and kids have to come out and assist me in getting a tire and a jack. One of the last gas stations that actually can service a vehicle

Car wouldn't start this morning. It made this horrible clicking sound. I'm no mechanic so I assumed it was the starter. All the lights came on and I've had dead batteries before so I assumed the worst. Called AAA and they sent a tow truck. Ed came and asked what was wrong. I told him to have a listen and he flat out told me it was the battery. He gave me a jump and said if you want to follow me to my shop, we can run a diagnostic to see what exactly was wrong. It was 2 miles from my house and the guys were super polite and friendly. They ran their diagnostic and lo and behold, I needed a new battery. Quick and easy they did it on the spot in under 30 minutes. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I was really appreciative for what they did for me. They do other repairs and I wouldn't hesitate to go back. read more

Tonight, I met Tom the Tow truck Driver from the 11 and Greenfield Mobil and I am so glad we did. I was driving in the car down 696 East when my car misfired and the check engine turned on. It was 5 pm and rush hour traffic was heavy. Within minutes, the car was SMOKING from the sides and I pulled over to the shoulder and shut the car off. Someone had called the Southfield Fire Department who arrived in minutes. They stayed as long as they could and I had to wait on the side of the interstate with my 16 year old daughter and her friend. Tom showed up faster than we had expected and loaded my Saturn Outlook and drove us out of there. He was kind, helped lighten the mood, and was very professional and loaded that car in less than 2 minutes. THANK YOU TOM for allowing us to get home safe and sound!! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I rode with the tow truck driver and the whole time he kept telling me about the shady stuff that they do like deliberately flooding a clients' engine, then charging them big bucks to do nothing then they take it to their shop to "fix it". So a week later when we got fraudulent charges on our credit card (we still have the cards in our possession so it is unlikely it was anyone else since every other place we frequented were big box stores where you swipe the card yourself), it wasn't hard to figure out who did it. Our card supposedly wouldn't swipe in the reader, so he called it in over his CB...clearly it was as simple as the person on the other end writing down the number and expiration date and he could have easily remembered the three digit number on the back. Thankfully our bank caught it so we are not out the money, but whoever used it potentially racked up over $300 in just one day. Imagine the damage done had it not been for our bank who caught it quickly. Obviously somebody has to pay the price for that. Do not use this towing company. read more

AAA sent this Mobile Service Center to help me with a flat tire tonight. I was pretty stressed out when the tow truck arrived. Okay, "pretty stressed out" doesn't even come close. I was stressed out beyond anything that could ever be expressed in a Yelp! post. Oh, yeah. I was stressed! I'm talking rampage stressed! Yet, I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the service I received from Mobile 11 Mile & Greenfield. The gentleman arrived within the predicted time frame, and he actually found my car in a very difficult location after dark without any assistance from me whatsoever. I have no idea how he found my car. Yet, he did, and he jumped to work right away. He was professional. He took care of the car. He was polite and conversational. He was the epitome of what customer service should be! This review is really saying something. It's hard to impress me when I'm stressed or upset. The fact that this tow truck driver dazzled me as he did means that he truly was spectacular. Thank you, tow truck driver! Thank you, Mobile 11 Mile & Greenfield! read more

NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! They had my car for a week before they told me they couldn't even fix it, ended up spending 700+ on a rental ..and once I took it to another shop they manufactured the part I needed on the spot car was fixed in less than 2 hours and cost wayyyyyy less than what these people told me it was gonna cost ..these guys are the worst do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. read more

This Mobil station is also AAA. The guy that comes out from AAA is friendly enough and knowledgeable but don't be fooled to have your vehicle taken here for service. They are shady. Bait and switch shady. The owner, Sam, as soon as something goes wrong, does absolutely nothing to help you, and once you corner him in one of his many lies, his true colors will be on full display. He is disrespectful and is a yeller. This is another one of those places where if you decide to have your car repaired here, then don't be surprised with all the mysterious issues you have when they call to tell you its ready. I went here to get a tire for my car I had a flat so it was the closest place to my work. I went up there it only took 10 mins and they broke a part in my tire and will not fix it the only thing that they will do is make me but the part that they broke oh they will put it in. Like that helps the problem. I will never go back not even for gas so I would not go there no matter what. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! I am extremely unhappy with the quality of repair at this station. I do not trust the mechanic and believe that he does not have the skills needed to do the job properly, nor can he be honest . I came to the station with the problem of my steering wheel shaking violently. I paid $600 to have it repaired. I drove it on the Xpressway and the steering wheel still shook, I had little control of the car, and it was horrifying. I took it back, he checked it out and said it was OK. IT IS NOT OK and I will have to take it to another mechanic to have it evaluated and repaired. Also, they damaged my car key and I had to order a new key for my car at the dealership. read more
