Very friendly attendants. Unlike most gas stations they greeted me with a 'hello'. The attendant who was helping me came over and said hi!

Weirdly, I am gonna miss this place. The Wawa down the street will surely run them out of business…read morebut it can't erase the memories that I had here. About 15 years ago when I was in high school, there was a gas attendant here named Ernie. Ernie was probably the nicest man I had ever met, at the time. I have since met so many kind people that I don't think I could call him the nicest person I had met ever, but he was possibly at that time. Everytime I would be here with my dad, Ernie would stick his head in the window and scare the crap out of me. It wasn't a bad scare though, it was playful- like a grown up peek-a-boo of sorts lol. He would stick his head through the open window and sometimes, if I wasn't paying attention, he would get so close to my face that when I turned my head we would crash skulls. Literally crash skulls. It kinda freaked me out when I could feel the stubble on his face scratch my cheek or my forehead when we crashed out skulls together but it was clearly an accident the few times it happened and he got too close he never meant to actually hurt me. Ernie was a hilarious prankster with a heart of gold and, presumably, the fastest hands in town. He would give me a pack of Nilla Wafers everytime I would show up but I don't think he ever paid for them. I am not trying to get Ernie in trouble because I think he genuinely stole the wafers out of kindness. He was always looking to be playful and kind to kids like me, my friends have similar fond memories of Ernie. One time, Ernie even asked me and my friend Eric to hangout- but my dad shot that down instantly. Looking back, probably a good idea lol. I'm not saying Ernie had bad intentions at all, but what good would it do to hang with a 40 something year old man when we were like 15? My dad was pretty pissed but we still went to Gastime often because it was the closest gas station to my house. Anyway, I drove past the construction of the new Wawa the other day and it made me realize that this place is officially toast, so I looked it up. I guess I am the only review on Yelp so I hope the legacy of Gastime lives on. If anyone actually reads this, I hope you think of Ernie and his kind soul everytime you eat a Nilla Wafer because I know I sure do. GASTIME FOREVER!

Considering I live on the west coast (born & raised in California), I find it quite refreshing to…read morevisit a "Wawa" location. The review I am focusing on is (just south of New Brunswick) located directly off of Route 130 & Klockner Rd in the Hamilton township of New Jersey. Keep in mind that I am no stranger to Wawa as I have been to several of their locations in the Pennsylvania area. Since I needed a little pick-me-up, this was the go to spot for a refreshing iced coffee. This location is 24-hours as this makes it convenient to grab a bite to eat for those that work odd hours. In addition to that, they offer ample parking and a full-serve gas station (with regular gas/diesel). Remember, you are in New Jersey where the attendants must pump your gas. Furthermore, this Wawa offers a deli (selling hoagie sandwiches), breakfast sandwiches, and a full-on coffee/espresso area with a ton of customizable options. I will say that many follow a coffee hack at Wawa can save you a ton of money in the long run. You simply grab a plastic cup, fill it with ice, then pay for two shots of espresso. And then the rest is complimentary (which includes milk, creamers, syrups). I was able to get a large iced latte for only $2.50 (which is significantly less than a Starbucks or Dunkin). The options here are quite impressive and if you're a coffee lover like myself, this is a deal that is too hard to pass up. In addition to the coffee, beverages, breakfast/lunch/dinner, and hot/cold food options, this place offers a huge variety of items that you can buy when on the go. This includes snacks, candy, medicine, oil, alcohol (beer/wine), cigarettes, and just about everything you need to without needing to go to a major supermarket. Additionally, this Wawa has two very clean public restrooms. During my visit, the staff/employees were very friendly. All in all, the Hamilton "Wawa" is a decent place that I recommend. My rating, four stars.

Coffee is always fresh and if the pot is empty they will brew another when asked... I'm sure that the food here is good but I can't say because I've never had anything made here... As I've said about other Wawa's in my opinion it's become a fast food store, similar to places like Subway and Quick Check... Hamilton!!!!
