Monday after work I stopped by Wegmans to pick up some groceries and got a flat tire. I hustled…read moreover to Hudson_Titus Service where I have bought gas for years. There was 20 minutes before closing. They got me in and fixed the tire but advised and warned me I needed a tire due to the 3_eights bolt hole in the tire.So I ordered a pair of tires, called my boss and took the day off. Next morning Tuesday I went to their shop and waited for the tire delivery, nothing. I waited all afternoon and Bob the owner got on the phone and so did Brian his mechanic. They made a few calls to their tire distributor and asked where my tires were. They were told a few stories. Bottom line, no tires. So I came home at 5 O'clock hoping that the tires would be delivered that evening and I could get them Wednesday morning. I went there there Wednesday morning after another day off,no tires. I was forced to go elsewhere for tires. My boss was getting annoyed. I was pleased with Bob and his mechanic how they stayed on the distributor, calling him, asking what the problem was with delivery. And Bob said he's had problems before. And after it happened to me he apologized and said this guy is going to get a piece of my mind. And I may add that Bob didn't charge me for repairing the flat the evening before, hey I ordered 2 new tires from him, and have bought gas there for a long time on weekends when I prepare for the week. I really respected Bob and his staff for their customer courtesy. I was impressed with how organized his store is. He has built a good business for himself. He was fair with me!

I had a positive experience with Jim at Rytek automotive…read more I have a 2016 Audi that had some exhaust issues a few months ago. A combination of rust and damage from backing into my garbage bin lid, caused clamps to break off and resulted in my exhaust dropping and dragging on the ground. My car sounded terrible. Pulling into and out of daycare was a bit embarrassing. I was desperate to find an auto shop and stumbled on Rytek. I was amazed that they offered to look at my car the same day, but I opted to bring it in the following day (Friday). Jim communicated promptly and effectively via text. He took pictures of the car and highlighted the issues. They are closed on the weekend but somehow managed to order the parts and do the repair in time for me to pick it up Monday afternoon. They also offered a loaner car if my repair took longer. Overall, I had an A+ experience with Jim at Rytek and wouldn't hesitate to return. I can't comment about their pricing. They seem on par with repair cost googled online. However their ability to fit me in right away made the decision easy. Also I was pleasantly surprised to find a handwritten thank you card with a $5 Wegmans gift card recently. What a thoughtful / nice little touch.
