I had asked about the restroom because I know some gas stations keep a key at the register for them and he was very rude about it. And then when I went to go purchase my energy drink he demanding I slid the drink closer to him he was very rude and unprofessional it seemed like he hates his job and it was just an overall unwelcoming environment.

I arrived a few minutes early and approached the right side of the counter where the employees enter. I waited to be acknowledged for roughly 2 minutes by the 2 women behind the counter. I finally say " I am with DoorDash and I am here to pick up..." and then the women in the neon reflective vest snaps at me "you're just going to have to wait ". So I stand there waiting while noticing the sealed delivery bag no more than 5 feet from me behind the counter. At 1 minute past when the order is promised to be ready I say " may I please have my order?" The woman in the vest becomes irrate. " I told you to wait! I am busy!" And other statements I can't recall. I respond with I did wait. It's late." The other woman behind the counter joins in " you need to unassign yourself from the dash and leave now!" So I get on the phone to report it to DoorDash. While I am on the phone and after about another 5 minutes the woman in the vest comes over and picks up the sealed delivery bag and moves it 5 feet and says" there you go." I do not know why the employees at this location felt it necessary to treat a delivery driver contracted to delivery product from their store to their customer so poorly. Terrible experience just trying to do my job with your company!

Unique wines. Fine wines. A carefully curated collection of bottles from France, Italy, California, Pacific Northwest, Chile, Argentina, Spain, Portugal, South Africa, and more. I chatted with the owner, who praised my selection and told me he keeps shop because he LOVES fine wines and beers. I'll have to check out the beers next time. The shop also carries a wide selection of affordable wines and standard brands. I think I Just found my go-to local beverage stop.

I would feel comfortable going off their recommendations - they have a $20 wine rack smack dab in the center with offerings from everywhere. They have cases of wine in the low teens that they tout. They have shelves in the front of the store with everyday wines like Barefoot, Sutter Home, etc. This is all in a small square corner of a gas station (yes, a 2 pump gas station) on Clifton Blvd right across from Lucky's Market. Don't fret, there is some parking behind the store because it's chaos in the little lot that houses the gas pumps. Glass enclosed cashier area gives you the feel of Cleveland inner-city. Also heard that women get verbally harassed in the late night hours by men who are hanging out on the property. That may sound harsh, but it is not a "bad area". Just an area to be "alert" in. And it is perfectly fine during the day (unless you get hit by a car driving too quickly into the Starbucks across the street). If you are a diehard wine fan, this stop is a MUST Northeast Ohio. For such a small area, I might proclaim it the best overall selection on the West Side (yes, better than Rozi's or Red, Wine & Brew or the various Heinen's or Avon Wine Room). Just because they have a huge selection of extensive serious wines in the $100 - $400 range. Plus they have the selection of the under $10 bottle, plus they have many offerings in the teen range. Worth going in and checking out this eclectic spot!
