They had guys working- so no excuse for what they did. We pulled in with a flat in a new tire, they told us they couldn't help us now- come back TOMORROW!! Um, yeah- drive home on a flat tire, come all the way back the next day in that same flat tire.. and stay home hoping you don't have a medical emergency and need to get to the hospital! Seriously guys??? We drive to the nearest tire shop, stopping a few times to blow air in the tire with a little in car compressor.. they had us fixed, and out the door in less than 10 minutes! All the tire needed was a new stem valve. Oh- and we also decided to purchase winter tires at the same time. Still can't believe a tire shop would tel you to come back the next day to fix a flat!

I got to the place and before going in, I started to Yelp and Google nearby Gas station. I couldn't find any, so I got on 2 highways followed signs and got off the Exit 15 of the I84. Made a right turn following the Gas sign, at the end of the road, I had to ask another driver where is the gas station, she guided me to make a right and about 1 mile, I found this station. Customer service at this Valero is great, as they're friendly and pretty outgoing to start a conversation with you especially if you're a regular. The price over the phone was cheaper than what was quoted on the Budget website. So I quickly signed up instead of calling my insurance company and getting a new policy. It was still expensive, but less hassle. Customer service: they were welcoming, but not super friendly. We were out of there in no time since I did all the paperwork online and just needed to do some last minute signing. The facility and bathroom was super clean. Truck: The truck was beyond gross. There was soda stains all over the seats. There was mud on the dash. I did a quick cleaning in the parking lot because it was that gross. Then when I arrived to where I was loading, i grabbed a bunch of cleaning materials and did a deep clean of the interior. The loading area was super gross too full of dirt and mud. Had to grab a broom to sweep it out and if I had time to do a full scrub, I would have. The truck tires in the front were really worn. The truck did not have cruise control for those that want that. If you need packing material, you can buy it here. I am not sure of the price, since I had my own. Magyar you need to clean your trucks to match the cleanliness of your facility. If the truck was as clean and neat as the service center, I would say 5 stars.
