Sometimes the right grade is not available to all the yards out there. The proper drainage plan is the way to go from adding a catch basin to getting your down spouts piped away from your house. We can not forget about the irrigation part of the landscape . We are super good into installing systems and also doing the complicated repairs of older irrigation systems. On 5/5 they mowed. 5/6, I questioned the cc fee again when paying directly via bank via ACH bank account. Previous month fee credit was never applied as well. This time I didn't pay the added fee. Received 3 PAST DUE invoices the next 3 days... for the $2.50 fee. Then they stopped communicating and stopped servicing my yard. Bad business.
