Good place for dry cleaning! It is a bit pricy. I had a bridesmaid dress cleaned here and it was $21.50. I was expecting $10-$15, but I don't often dry clean my clothes. I dropped it off on a Monday and the receipt mentioned to pick it up Wednesday after 4 pm. The ladies working the counter were both friendly and helpful. Plus they have a convenient drive thru on the side of the building. I like that they do all the cleaning in house rather than transporting it to a different location. However, the employees working the day you pick up your items may not be the ones that cleaned it. I ran into this when i returned. Although the dress was cleaned, it was not pressed since the employee who originally cleaned it thought they did not get all the spots. When I returned Thursday to pick it up, we reviewed the dress and it looked spotless. I was going to take it then, but she asked if I could return a different day to pick it up so that they could press it. I returned the following week to pick it up. The dress was clean, pressed, and beautiful. I appreciate the additional time they took on it even though it was inconvenient to visit an additional time (a call or text would have been preferred). Overall, I had a good experience here and recommend this dry cleaners to others! read more

I wear mostly nice dresses for work and they really do the best job in the area dry cleaning them. Deodorant stains are an issue on some of the fabrics Banana Republic and J. crew use and this place gets them out way better than any other dry cleaners in Cary. I also use them for my alterations and they do a better job than another place I have tried. I highly recommend them! They're my go to after trying some others. read more

I just moved to the area and looked at Yelp to see if there was a nearby Dry Cleaners - Sunny Cleaners had a couple of reviews... I dropped off 8 shirts, all for dry cleaning - I should have known there was goi g to be problems when the woman tried to change them to laundry... I said no, these are all silk and I want them dry cleaned... she insisted they be laundered and I said, again, no, they are for dry cleaning only. She finally agreed and I got my ticket and left. I came back to pick up the shirts and she said 'only 7 done, one not ready' - I asked why and she showed me the shirt that had a huge whitish spot on the front - and this was NOT on the shirt when I gave it to her. There were no spots in the shirt, it just needed to be cleaned from my wearing it. She said she needed to work more on it and I could come get it in a few days. I went back today to get the shirt and drop off some more cleaning. A man was there and went and got the shirt - I took the plastic off and there were still spots on it - again, not spots I put on the shirt. He said, 'that kind fabric don't clean well' - I asked if he was saying it wasn't his fault - he said yes, it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't be reimbursing me for the damage. He also wanted to get paid for ruining my shirt. I said hell no, that is OUTRAGEOUS and I will not pay for it. He started yapping at me - I just told him to keep the shirt and grabbed my clothes and left. Unbelievably poor customer service as well as a blatant rip off. To be honest, I was really surprised there weren't more dry cleaning businesses around my area. The closest review of one was a good 2 miles away. Kind of odd...I did some research and found this place that nobody has apparently reviewed or cared to review. Quick service and my suit looked good. No burn marks or smell to my clothing. They have drive-through service for the busy mom or dad. It's a mom and pop shop and they do tailoring and alterations on the side. No complaints from me. read more

I am heartbroken. I took my wedding dress to be cleaned this Fall and I just took it out of the packaging. It's ruined. My previously ivory dress is now taupe/beige. It's a completely different color and completely wrong. I understand that mistakes happen but they said NOTHING when my husband went to pick up the dress. I just can't believe they ruined my dress and passed it off like nothing happened. I brought in my already clean uniform shirts asked for a military crease and a button to be repaired ! I come back no button repair and no military creases , he did button on the spot but no military crease ! Then proceeded to tell me it's a dollar extra for military creases . That was not the question if u ask for something specific and I'm a paying customer I expect it. For 25 dollars I can iron my own shirts the creases was the most important part of the drop off. I've gone to Sunny Cleaners for over a year now. I regularly visit them 2 times a month for a variety of clothing. I have never had a problem with their results, they are quick ~2 days, do everything in house and are very friendly. I also like that they are a mom and pop shop that actually invested in a good Point of Sale system, so even if I forget my ticket they can look me up by phone number. I have also had alterations done there, and had no problems. I liked them so much that I moved to north Raleigh, and still drive down to get my work done here. I would recommend trying them. We've been going here for over 5 years without problems. Yesterday we went to pick up our shirts that had been dry cleaned. One very nice shirt had been damaged and torn. The owner said it was like that when we brought it in, and she included the price of cleaning the torn shirt in our bill. Of course we would not have brought in a torn shirt to be cleaned. The shirt was clearly beyond repair. My wife paid the bill and informed the owner that we would not be returning. The owner was very defensive rather than taking responsibility for what Sunny Cleaners had done to the shirt. Sunny Cleaners certainly knew they had torn the shirt, but they were planning to charge us anyway and not even acknowledge what they had done until we brought it to their attention. read more

Friendly and decent prices but my clothes shrunk. I have about 6 pairs of the exact same pants from one store and the ones I got cleaned here I now have to take to a tailor to get the hem taken out. Not sure if they do the cleaning in house or ship the clothes out, but they're not doing it right. I won't be going back. read more

Given the lack of reviews I figured I should add. My experience was perfectly fine there, they were quick and friendly and all my dress clothes turned out great! (Both dry cleaning and laundered). Asked for light starced shirts and they did it perfectly, even got some stains out for me. Yes, the prices are cheap....but so is the quality and the service. The guy that works there is extremely rude. I have ( previously) taken many things there , and all too often the stains have not come out. When I asked about them ( the LAST time), he said, "we cannot get stains off of white pieces of clothing. Do not bring in any more white things ! " So, I will heed his words and not bring anymore white things.....or anything else !! He really does not need anyone's business at this time, and they do NOT do a very good job. read more

I have been going here for years because it is local, but I am done. Every third time I go to pick something up on the day they say it is ready they tell me to come back the next day. They lost some of my clothes and blamed it on me. The owner is arrogant and rude to the customers. It is worth your time to find another cleaner. read more
