The items were all satisfactorily cleaned and pressed. Not the least expensive cleaners I've patronized but still affordable when considering the going rate for dry cleaning expenses. I love the extra care the staff takes with the clothing when hanging and pinning them for return to the customer. Had a very minor scare that one shirt was missing but the staff brought this to my attention promptly at pickup and worked together to locate the item within a couple minutes. I will definitely be a return customer.

I had a pair of blacks cub pants that I wanted hemmed, The husband tells me it will be $25 , wanted me to pay up front and the pants would not be ready until after the 4th of July, Keep in mind I was dropping off these pants on 6/22/2024, telling me it will take almost 10 days for a simple pair of black sub pants to be hemmed and wanted payment up front , after i have been a client there for almost 20 years and referred so many people to there business . I told them , that I was not paying $25 up front and waiting 10 days for a simple alteration. I walked out , took my pants and went to Medlin dry cleaners in cary in the lowes food shopping center in Preston, It cost me $15 and my pants were ready that Wednesday 6/26/2024, I thought this was all reasonable. This is not the first time Crystal cleaners in Morrisville has over charged me for simple dry cleaning and alterations. I do not recommend them for any services. They are not treating there local faithful customers fairly. They are overpriced ,want payment upfront ( I have been a customer for 20 years) they know me and that is how I was treated and have to wait 10 days for my work scrub pants. I do not recommend Crystal cleaners, Highly recommend Medlin Dry cleaners.

I called prior to stopping by to ask about pricing for two coats. I described each to the person on…read morethe phone - one a wool coat, and one a peacoat - and they quoted me at $7.25 each. When I dropped them off later that afternoon, I was given a ticket for $36. I explained that I had received a quote for much less and the folks behind the counter just stared at me, shook their heads, and repeated that my ticket cost was correct. I actually left a tip regarding my experience (that Yelp has since removed, citing that tips are for business offerings and services, not experiences), and the owner/manager reached out to me after (screenshot of conversation attached). First of all, I didn't ask for "jacket" pricing and again, I explained each coat in detail. Second, neither were as he assumed with "massive lint, hair, and stains." One was brand new and I wanted it cleaned prior to wearing for the first time and the other had been stored away and smelled a bit dusty. I wouldn't trust this business to honor or provide consistent pricing. I wish I had an experience like those who rated so highly, but that definitely wasn't the case.

I know there are quite a few services that do this now, but here are some of the things that I like about these folks: -Very importantly, they have never lost any of my clothes (like a cleaner world did TWICE) -I already mentioned the pickup/dropoff. They come through the neighborhood twice a week, but on occasion when we have needed items before our normal schedule date, they have been happy to oblige -I sent a pair of pants one time that had a seam out, they called and asked if I would like them to send them to their tailor before they returned them! This was awesome. -they do a great job! It's a family run business and when you call it's usually the owner that you talk to and they are super friendly. We have been using their service for years and have never had any complaints.

They're super-nice people to work with (Carmen is a gem), and they're always willing to do alterations for you (like button replacements). I highly recommend!

YIKES. None of the…read moreSpeed Queen washers worked. Of the three larger washers available, only two reliably worked - the one in the middle had a sign saying not to hit it and just insert coins slowly. Spoiler alert: that doesn't work. The 50 lb dryer didn't work. The next larger dryer has a door being held closed with tape, that doesn't actually hold it closed. Several of the other regular dryers were in similar or worse shape, four of them missing doors entirely. In total there are currently as of this review the following machines available in working order. Speed Queen washers: 0/8 Largest continental washers: 2/3 Regular washers: 5/10 50 lb dryer: 0/1 30 lb dryer: 0/1 Regular dryers: 6/16 (2 of those barely) Also no laundry soap in the laundry vending machine or drinks in drink machine. Ended up having to run my mattress topper through several cycles before it fully dried. Between that, losing money to non working machines, and having to split laundry into multiple loads, thanks to the larger machines being down, spent far more time and money than should have been necessary. Only went for an emergency bedding laundry trip and will NOT be back. They get two stars SIMPLY because it's open 24 hrs and I didn't get mugged or harassed. That's it. Addendum: one of the reasons my mattress topper took so long to dry is the dryer it was in WASNT heating well. Took it out and put it in the one I'd used for my other bedding. The one it was in continued to spin while being "off". Regular dryers: 5/16 (2 of those barely)
