My wife had her wedding dress altered here for our wedding and then dry cleaned afterwards. Yang was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. The alteration process was a bit long, requiring multiple visits, but Yang was receptive to any changes that we wanted. I appreciate that after any work is done, he allowed us to check his work and if there was anything we weren't happy with he was opening to making the changes. Overall, I feel like his prices are reasonable for the work he does. My only strong word of advice is to make sure to call ahead before coming into the store to make sure that whatever work is done because usually he's behind schedule.

Here today! I needed…read morea dry cleaners and Yelp recommended Winn Street Laundry, it was within 2 miles of my hotel so perfect. Winn Street Laundry does their laundry on premise but they send their dry cleaning out. I'm not use to their prices, they have a minimum weight and Jezzzzus, their prices was astronomical! I asked how much and gasps behind me for asking and the lady at the counter "This is Boston" look and their awards let me know YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES DONE RIGHT, SCREW THE PRICES. $7 freakin dollars for a single shirt? It was either my ego that agreed, determined to look Winn Street Laundry starched down and pressed or didn't wanna look cheap and couldn't afford their services. I said out loud "Good grief, I pay $2.79 in Houston for a man buttoned down laundry, heavy starched shirt". I felt the evil eyes trying to climb my Psalm 91 hedges of protection because one of the two tunnels here was closed due to construction and the traffic put commuter's at least 30 minutes behind and in traffic. These Bostonians need to fire up a joint which is legal here and CHILL OUT:)))) Anywho, my dry cleaning was superb and the heavy starch I requested cut my neck and was ready before time. My shirt collars was white so I had not a one complaint for my HARD earned mula. I received a text when my clothes were ready along with a reminder of the price, I like that. I learned a valuable lesson from Winn; order some white polo's from Amazon, buy Spray n Wash along with spray starch and save that money for 2 16 inch bundles of human hair:))) Here today! There tomorrow!

They can do overnight at no extra change and standard turn around is 3-4 days which is perfectly fine. Oh, and they're cheaper than the chain places too.

However, it needed some major alterations. It had to be brought down at least 2 sizes in the waste and hips, plus I needed halter straps added. (why so many strapless dresses?!?!) Violette had great recommendations so I went with her. When I dropped off the dress to her 4 months a head of time, she did the initial fitting and had measured for the halter straps. The dress had some beautiful details I was worried about (lace appliques along the one side, tulle wrap around and tulle over the dress part.) but when I came back (after only about 1.5 weeks), the dress fit beautifully and there were no obvious places where she made adjustments. I took it home and she said that I should come back a month before the wedding and we can check it again. The only tweak we ended up having to do after the initial fitting was that she had added halter straps that were white and the dress is off white (I didn't even notice myself until I had taken the dress outside after someone at Mens Warehouse had mentioned that in passing! Indoors it looks like an exact match!) I brought it back and she remade custom straps within a week. It was an easy mistake that was easily changed, and in fact, the second strap she made was even better than the first! She told me that if I lost any more weight before the wedding to bring it back and she would make more adjustments... even up to the week of the wedding. It wasn't necessary btu I felt good knowing that she was quick and wanted to make me happy. I wore that dress for a solid 10 hours and was totally comfortable the ENTIRE time. I would recommend her to anyone. She is a very sweet woman, and very accommodating.

I had to exchange my original dress for a larger size so the the woman at this establishment could take fabric out since she said she couldn't add any to the original size I got. I was in a time crunch and couldn't explore other options or dispute the lack of quality of work, but I spent way too much for a job not well done. She said she couldn't take out more fabric because of the style of dress, but when I went to the wedding (swimming in the dress, mind you) I ran into a seamstress that was invited who ended up pinning my dress in the back and saying how easy of a fix it would have been. On top of it all, tailored outfits can only be paid in cash. I live in Georgia and had to fly in for the wedding and pick up my dress, and honestly forgot about this policy, but it doesn't really make sense since there is a sign that clear says "major credit cards accepted". She kindly took my card, but I could tell it was an issue. I don't think I'll be back- I definitely paid a lot for for adjustments that weren't made and excuses for not doing the work.

I could just ask for a pick up and they come pick up and drop off very efficiently. I have had the bad luck of having a number of debit cards lost and/or stolen over the past year and have had to replace them each time. Each time I've gotten calls with requests to update with the new card number and did so in response. This happened again recently, and when I called to give them the new number, they said that there was no delivery that day and I would have to come to the store to pick up my cleaning (claiming the store closed at 6pm. When I got to the store, the woman said they would no longer deliver because there were "problems with my credit cards", this after eight years of steady business. The woman seemed very unconcern when I told her I could take my business elsewhere. Not a great way to treat a good customer after 8yrs of business.
