They charged a whopping $2100 to do the work. This is what they call a completed project. Don't really need a level to see how bad the job was done. When it rains, the water just pours down the sloping side of the awning. And it looks terrible.

Marco Canvas just refitted the entire upholstery on my classic 28' Bertram Moppie and they have made it into a showpiece! Naples Shutter is a great company. Period. I had shutters that were not functioning properly. I…read morecalled MANY shutter companies in Naples area to see if they could repair them. They all started with the same question: did we install them? If not, then they don't want to help. I calld Naples Shutter and what I was told was "bring them in honey, we'll fix them". Perfect. They did repair the shutter, replaced some bad louvers, and repainted it. I was very happy. However, when I installed it another louver became loose. I subsequently noticed another shutter had bad louvers as well. When I called to tell them the shutter they repaired failed at home, and I had another shutter to repair as well I was again told: " Honey, bring them in, we'll fix them". Unfortunately, due to travel I was not able to get back to them until almost a month later with both shutters. Nonetheless, I dropped them both off with notes about the bad louvers, and noted how one failed when I installed it. Shortly thereafter I was called and told they were both repaired. When I got them I was told there was no charge! I persisted, but they would not take any payment. Instead I was told, "We just want to make sure you're well. We're a family owned business, and we stand by our work". I was really taken by their integrity and pride of work. Naples Shutter is an honest, fair, reputable, straight-up, family owned business. Very honest and fair. Trust them. They do quality work, with pride, and are honest. Go to them. Paul Fil

3 years ago we purchased both. sunscreen and also a custom awning, at great expense. we were told…read morethat the lighting package on the awning would have 18 settings. when the awning was installed there was no lighting attached at all. when we called Mike he said we would figure something out. Later on he came over with LED tape and attached that to the awning. it was extremely bright and had only 2 settings, way too bright, and excruciatingly bright. We have never been able to use the lighting at all. Also the awning was installed so low that when it is open guests often hit their heads on it. both of these problems are very difficult to get past and we attempted many many times to contact Mike without a response. we would leave messages with Hailey (his daughter) but he never called us back. the best advice I can give is AVOID THIS COMPANY
