I reached out to John with Everlast in late April inquiring about a fence installation in which I wanted to be completed by May 23, 2020. John quickly agreed. My wife and I got financing through synchrony as he recommended us to do. We agreed on a price and a completion date. The crew came and put in 95% of the fence posts and then left. I didn't hear from John so I reached out and it was excuse after excuse. The crew then returned about 2 months later to do the backyard after I had to beg with John to do something so my wife could let the dogs out without being on a leash due to her being pregnant while I'm at work. They completed the chain link fence in the back yard but did not add the 2 gates and the excuse was the gates were back ordered. 2-3 weeks later the crew came and installed the gates. The gates looked to be spray painted black and smelled of spray paint. John said they came like that from the factory. The crew then added a tensioning wire to the bottom of the fence because the fence was so loose that my dogs could escape. The tensioning wire didn't work. My dogs could still escape and I reached out to John and another 2 weeks the crew came back and restretched the fence to make it tighter. It is now September and the fence is not even 20% completed and John is nowhere to be found and will not reply to any messages, emails, and texts. I have made multiple attempts, and even disputed to the finance company because I wasn't going to make payments on something that is not done and done the right way. It has been nothing but a hassle and an inconvenience working with John and Everlast. From back ordered gates, to asking us to change our automatic driveway gate (which we agreed upon to hope the fence would get done sooner) to not responding whatsoever. Do yourselves a favor and find a different company. Don't fall in to the tricks and fast replies in the beginning because they will stop as soon as you're locked in with a contract. It's sad to see in the reviews that he has now done this to 3 disabled veterans (including my wife and I) with no remorse. I'm in the process of trying to make it right, or finding a new contractor. If the job is completed right I will gladly retract my current review and resubmit a more fitting one at that time.

The crew was very considerate and conscientious. They were professional and qualified in every way. The job was done exactly how it should have been and with perfect results. This year I had to have my lift bunks modified and a remote added. Once again, they came when they said they would and did the job as good as it gets. The electrician, Josh was great and did a beautiful job running the pipe so it looked perfect. The main supervisor Roy, made sure every aspect of the job was done correctly, he actually did most of it, but was so accommodating and knowledgeable that you could feel confident it would be right to the last detail. I must mention that we made modifications from what the original plan was and there were zero complaints or attitude from anyone. All they cared about was doing it the way I wanted and what the best possible solution was. Believe me, since hurricane Irma these people are busy! But they treat you like you're their only customer and that they have time for you. Really can't say enough about how pleased I was and am. This is the ONLY place to call!!!

He and his company agreed to build a dock for me, waited at least 3 months to request permits, then backed out after the City of Naples questioned the need for a seawall. I had agreed to everything requested including the seawall. I also paid a deposit in advance; and after Orick backed out in violation of the contract, he kept a portion of the deposit. I strongly advise you to avoid this poorly run company at all costs. You will regret dealing with them.

The owner claimed it was not a cage frame screw from his company and would not cover the replacement tire cost, even though the screw matched the specialty screws they were using. The replacement cost was only a few hundred dollars, but the fact they left many screws around the property and wouldn't accept responsibility for causing a flat tire says a lot about the company.
