David at DC Roofing has been excellent from the start -- responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. I chose him because of his abundance of knowledge, strong 5-star ratings, fair pricing, eye for perfection, and his exceptional integrity. Since November 2025 he patiently answered all my questions and followed up regularly. He submitted our Collier County permit the same day I signed and sent the permit number to me immediately. The crew (all direct employees, no subcontractors) is outstanding. They're skilled, efficient, respectful, and keeping the entire jobsite very organized and well protected. Every area -- driveway, lawn, landscaping, and pool -- is carefully covered. There are photos showing the start of our roof replacement to the completed finish as well as the crew actively working and installing the new metal panels. I have included wide shots of the organized tear-off phase, the clean installation of the new underlayment, close-up of the protected garage and dumpster area, workers during installation, aerial of the roof, and front of the house, and rear of the house, etc. After dealing with several unprofessional roofing companies in the past (poor communication and surprise costs), working with DC Roofing has been a refreshing and confident experience. His workers found that our roof had some loose and cracked tiles, and they repaired them for free. No charge for the estimate or the work. We were shocked and relieved since another vendor quoted us over $600 for fixing the tiles, and then another $4400 for additional work he said we needed. A total of over $5,000. David said we didn't need the extra work the other vendor suggested and had his men check to make sure. We highly recommend DC roofing for his integrity and customer service. All our friends and neighbors who recommended him had told us he was a fair and honest guy. We learned from our experience that he lives up to this reputation. Based upon the very positive reviews they had online and the fact they were an established local company, we decided to proceed with them. We were advised that indeed we had damage that required a roof replacement. They outlined every step we would not to take from filing the claim to the likely hurdles we would encounter dealing with the insurance company. Long story short, the insurance company adjuster would almost certainly issue a report that would lead the company to deny the claim. They recommended a law firm that specializes in these types of denials and we began to work through a 15-month process of suing to secure a favorable resolution. In short, because of Global's experience and guidance we were successful and one of the most important (and generally unseen) part of the home, our roof was not left in disrepair diminishing our safety ad the value of our home. There are many steps and "moving parts" to the roof replacement process (who knew?) and they were there at every step to help us make the right choices. They were particularly at keeping us informed on where things stood. Their work crews were prompt, professional and extremely careful on the job right down to thorough day cleanup of the site. The subcontractors who did certain aspects of the job were also top-notch and equally professional. It sneakily -- but obviously after wasting hours -- became clear they were all sales - and not for…read morethe roof repair I requested. A high pressure sales duo pushing a highly overpriced roof job that I didn't need (as confirmed by four other companies). I had asked just for a roof repair on Yelp of about 17 tiles and one skylight leak. They didn't even get up on the roof to see for themselves. I realized they were not listening and had a sales demeanor that I did not prefer. They requested to come in the house to "see" the leak which was not really visible, and it was puzzling they did not want to see the source of where the leak was coming from (the roof). They said I had enough pictures for them to get the idea? But it was clear they did not need to see anything, I asked for a written estimate, and after they left they called me from to sell me a new roof and they mentioned a new skylight too! But what was really shocking is I found after I pushed back and said goodbye went on to other things in the backyard, they got pushy and asked my wife to let them in to see the leak. Based on what I found on the security cameras, these clowns took pictures of other parts of the house's ceiling. Again they said they just wanted to see the skylight leak in the bathroom. Their false pretenses to put it mildly. One of them with his sunglasses on inside - claimed on the phone later -- some spots on the ceiling near air vents were leaks, total BS. Out of five bidders they were the only one that told me I needed a new roof and a new skylight. But they wouldn't put it in writing. And when I asked about their company, it just so happened they couldn't name a roof in my ZIP Code they had done. I never heard of them before and I've lived here 16 years. After we FINALLY got rid of them, I texted them asking if they got up on the roof and saw the 17 tiles for an estimate, but they insisted they needed to talk to me. Politely called back . They then tried to sell me on new roof and I then only gave me a verbal estimate for repair which was twice or more than any of the other four bids - and didn't even include fixing the skylight leak! Thus keeping the core part of the job subject to negotiation to any price - I feel bad for the victims they will get with this tactic. Avoid at all costs. these are the kind of companies that should not be on yelp. If I see these duo again, sunglasses make that unlikely, I'll contact the police. They were scammers in my experience, I can spot them having grown up in NYC. Don't be fooled, they have a gig going.

He was honest, congenial, and confident about Paradise's capabilities. His team did an outstanding job. They were very professional, stripped the tile shingles, continually cleaned the property removing debris, ordered the metal and completed the installation ahead of schedule. I met the local building inspector when he arrived to review the finished job and he commented that it was well done.
