One Stop Plastic Shop

I really hate sharing bad reviews…read more This place makes all kinds of plastic products. Furniture display cases, boat shields. Last year the business has changed ownership in fact it's not the first time. The place is in a transition. I've ordered from Eric twice for a few boats. The first time was a very good experience the second wasn't so stellar. So if I were to rate this on my last experience it leaves much room for improvement. The shield came polished and well made. The holes were not pre drilled per original not sure why but ok. The mounting grommets were no longer included for some odd reason. And I did go back to ask for the install parts. Frank the new owner was out and his son seemed confused and stuck on the thought I was complaining about getting my windshield made again. I asked for the missing parts and they only had 2-3 rubber grommets left. He recommended going to the marine trading post down the street for install parts that they ran out of. The former owner Eric B Usually includes the grommets in a bag so you can install the new windshield safely and prevents vibration and cracking. Strike 2 the product was late According to Frank the project was sitting. 2 months he did tell me it would be done next week. Strike 3 The phone usually goes to voice mail without call back. Go in person if you have any questions. I recommend ordering your jobs early and don't expect them to be fast. This new owner Frank similar to the current administration, wants to blame the previous owner and not take responsibility even though they Frank/ and his long term assistant Antonio accepted my credit card for the job that was ordered 2 months early. My windshield cost 375 plus taxes made it 400. They offered to email the receipt. And that never came. I try to support local and hope to have better service. But this type of service will force me to shop elsewhere in the future. I wish anyone luck if they choose one stop plastic shop because. It certainly won't be me I tried my best to help a local business. 1/2022 Quality 4 Service 2 slow/late Value 2 better deals online for half the cost or better

Greeted by David upon arrival, he took the time to let me walk him through my thoughts and design. David was willing to take on the project even though it was not anything they ever had attempted, definitely not the typical type of request. What would come of the artistry of David was impeccable, not only was it my design brought to life, it was even better. The trouble shooting with David was also so helpful when my brain would realize something had to be tweaked in order for my setup to work everything had to be just right. David continually rose to every aspect of sometimes confusing requests and made the "turtle condo" better than ever. David and Thomas are exceptional in their artistry and skills. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. Communication is excellent, they will take the time to listen and work with you, service is impeccable and I must add that I needed the project quickly as I was leaving town & David had it done. Highly recommend David and Thomas at One Stop Plastics for any plastic projects you can imagine. I will definitely be using them for any future projects I may think up. Thank you David and Thomas for your incredible work. Ps. The turtles love their new condo.

In late November 2022, this LVP flooring and all new baseboards were installed in four bedrooms and living/dining room. In March 2023, we noticed that the planks were beginning to peak and cup, with moisture showing. During the next two months, the original installer returned to our home on four different occasions to glue the curling planks, but this did not fix the ongoing problem. In July 2023, the same installer replaced the flooring in our master bedroom with a better quality LVP at his own expense, NOT at the expense of Marc's Flooring. At that time, he showed us that we had moisture on the concrete slab. My wife and I pointed out to the installer that the first LVP flooring had not been installed with a plastic moisture barrier, and the installer told us that LVP flooring did not need a plastic moisture barrier. In October 2023, Patrick Post (the salesman who sold us the LVP flooring) inspected the flooring along with the installer, and he saw the deteriorating condition of the flooring. He pointed out that we had water on our concrete slab, and until the continuing moisture problem was resolved, Marc's Flooring would not replace our LVP flooring because the manufacturer would not stand behind its warranty knowing that there is water on the slab. On January 23, 2024, we hired a Certified Flooring Inspector to inspect our flooring, and the inspector found a significant amount of moisture under the flooring with mildew on the bottom of the planks. He confirms that whenever vinyl plank or floating wood is installed over concrete, a 6 mm moisture barrier must be installed with no exceptions, unless a 2-part epoxy or rubber membrane is installed. On our case, no such moisture barrier was installed. On January 28, 2024, we emailed Marc's Flooring the inspector's report and supporting photos of the damaged flooring, and reiterated that our flooring was not properly installed, which has caused the problems that we are currently experiencing. We stated that we expect Marc's Flooring to remove the existing LVP flooring and to install new LVP flooring with a plastic moisture barrier underneath, and to reimburse us for the cost of the inspection report. On February 2, 2024, we telephoned Lucas Jensen, owner of Marc's Flooring, to discuss our email of 01/28/2024. Mr. Jensen was not available, and we left a message for him to call us back. He did not return our call. On February 5, 2024, we telephoned the store and spoke to Patrick Post, who advised that Mr. Jensen was out of the store but that he would have Mr. Jensen call us back. As of February 7, 2024, Mr. Jensen has not returned our call. Marc's Flooring is not responding to our communications in hopes that we will quietly go away. We shall be pursuing legal action against Marc's Flooring to remedy its improper installation of the flooring in our home. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU DO BUSINESS WITH MARC'S FLOORING & CABINETS OF NAPLES!!

i ordered a new vanity for my bathroom in a cream color that i selected from their own samples…read more the vanity that came in was white, wrong length, so wrong color. the wife said she would talk to her husband as we had gone back to the warehouse to open the box to check and see if the vanity was correct. it was not and the wife adkitted it came in white and not cream. the owner never called me that afternoon. i had made a $2,000 deposit on the vanity. marc's flooring and cabinets chose to do nothing for me. they did not return the white vanity and make this right. i took them to small claims court. the wife did not fill out the order correctly to denote cream color and the judge ruled in their favor only because is signed the purchase of sale. marc's flooring then sued me for attorney fees. i was given a chance to submit documentation, photos from my. iphone that documented the white vanity and the day i was at marc's flooring. a new judge reviewed my 11 page document and threw the case out of court. caution: i would never do business with marc's flooring as they do not stand behind a mistake they made. any reputable business would have offered to re order a new vanity in the right color and right length. when i took the owners to small claims court. they were represented by attorney and i represented myself. when i questioned the owners about the vanity being the wrong color and wrong length; every answer they gave in court in front of the judge was "i don't remember or i don't recall",
