My carpet never seamed well. This was not mentioned when I bought it. When installed I was told…read morethat's just how it is. After less than 3 years, the very visible seam started to fray to make it even worse so I assumed this could be a warranty issue. Mr Ehlen came out and was very nice. He said they won't sell this carpet to anyone who needs a seam and that my sales person was let go for reasons such as this. He said he would contact the manufacturer and at the very least they would stretch it better and trim the fraying. After 3 follow up calls to them and over a month later the receptionist said there is nothing they can do. It appears Mr Ehlen was all talk and no action. I will go elsewhere to replace this.
