DC ROOFING IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! They did a…read morephenomenal roof replacement job! From the moment they started our seamless aluminum metal roof replacement I was beyond impressed with how smoothly and professionally everything transpired. David at DC Roofing has been excellent from the start -- responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. I chose him because of his abundance of knowledge, strong 5-star ratings, fair pricing, eye for perfection, and his exceptional integrity. Since November 2025 he patiently answered all my questions and followed up regularly. He submitted our Collier County permit the same day I signed and sent the permit number to me immediately. The crew (all direct employees, no subcontractors) is outstanding. They're skilled, efficient, respectful, and keeping the entire jobsite very organized and well protected. Every area -- driveway, lawn, landscaping, and pool -- is carefully covered. There are photos showing the start of our roof replacement to the completed finish as well as the crew actively working and installing the new metal panels. I have included wide shots of the organized tear-off phase, the clean installation of the new underlayment, close-up of the protected garage and dumpster area, workers during installation, aerial of the roof, and front of the house, and rear of the house, etc. After dealing with several unprofessional roofing companies in the past (poor communication and surprise costs), working with DC Roofing has been a refreshing and confident experience. I'm thrilled with how our roof replacement project turned out. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL FROM START TO FINISH! If you're looking for honest, professional service with excellent communication and high-quality workmanship. On a side note, they did an equally phenomenal job installing our new rain gutters as well, and yes they installed our rain gutters, they did not sub them out!! I highly recommend DC Roofing! You'll be happy you selected them and be thanking me for doing all the research in finding them.

His workers found that our roof had some loose and cracked tiles, and they repaired them for free. No charge for the estimate or the work. We were shocked and relieved since another vendor quoted us over $600 for fixing the tiles, and then another $4400 for additional work he said we needed. A total of over $5,000. David said we didn't need the extra work the other vendor suggested and had his men check to make sure. We highly recommend DC roofing for his integrity and customer service. All our friends and neighbors who recommended him had told us he was a fair and honest guy. We learned from our experience that he lives up to this reputation. When we have problems with our roof in the future, he will definitely be our first call.

I called needing their help with the damage to our home. They were here the next day (today) the guys walked our entire roof, found 6 tiles that needed to be replaced, cleaned off all the pine needles and miscellaneous debris and then cleaned up the area around our home. I asked if they could go over to a neighbor that had some loose tiles. I explained that she had lost her husband 2 weeks before the hurricane happened and simply couldn't have one more thing on her plate. They came out, made some great design suggestions, wrote up the bid in very quick order. I picked out the cabinets and sink, faucets, and countertop at their design showroom (cabinets are solid wood). They promised they could get this done within roughly a 2-week time frame and they were spot on with that commitment. The workers did a fantastic job. And all messes were cleaned up. It looks great. Moreover--this is not a condo that we wanted to sink a fortune in and they were completely willing to work within my budget. Final note--last year I had another individual (not related to their firm) redo the shower. That person put in the wrong corner shelves--Bruno General Contractors were able to remove the shelves and install the ones that I had originally purchased for the job. Amazing work.
