If I could give a lower rating, I certainly would! This…read moreextremely unprofessional company came to our home in February of '22 to fix 3 windows. Mr. Fernandez (owner) came out and disassembled our kitchen window before realizing that he didn't have the correct parts. He left saying he would have his wife, Michelle, order the correct ballasts and he would return to fix the kitchen window as well as the others when the parts arrived. It is now 8 months later and we have never heard from these people or their company although we placed many calls. Calls were never returned. Recently I called and Michelle answered and said she was getting out of the shower and would call me back. She never did. We finally had to resort to a certified letter asking for our window that Mr Fernandez took apart be put back together again so we could use it. We also have brand new ballasts that Mr. Fernandez left behind that I would like to return to him. Mrs. Fernandez called after receiving our letter today. She was extremely rude and nasty as she felt our letter was threatening when we stated we may have to resort to contacting who originally referred their company as well as the BBB if we did not reach a positive response. In addition, when I asked how I could get the unused parts her husband left behind back to him, she told me to throw them out. She showed no regard to getting our disabled window that their company dismantled repaired. Michelle Fernandez very rudely told me to contact whoever regarding their abominable service and they don't care. I have been in Naples well over 70 years and this sort of attitude will not help or strengthen their business.

I was very specific with what my needs and concerns were at the very beginning of the project. Being a snow bird, and working out of town, I was not able to be at the house for the project. BIG MISTAKE. They installed a shelter track that closed off access to my outdoor bathroom. They damaged my recently installed tile on my lanai. They TRIED to half ass decorative post covers because they "sold" me an upgrade they couldn't deliver. President Mike Marczak even sent me an email telling me how wrong my complaint was. He was never even on the job to see the damage Sentinal Storm Protection caused, himself. His sales person, Todd Jones was very aware of my needs, concerns, and desires when we talked about the work I needed done. As soon as I brought the concerns to Todds attention, he both texted and emailed me a copy of the contract I signed for the work. Upon closer inspection, there were a lot of finish items that never should have been left the way they were. But they have my money now....
