    - If you are looking for a GOOD and TRUSTED company to install hurricane windows and doors, LOOK NO…read moreFURTHER, Absolute Window LLC is the one. I have interviewed a handful of them and this company stood out for: - COMPETITIVE PRICING: Cheapest among other companies with the same product and installation. - TRANSPARENCY: Details description of each door or window including pictures, dimensions and PRICE in the quote. - PUNCTUALITY: My windows and doors were installed 6 weeks BEFORE estimated time. A big WOW. These are people who took care of my replacement hurricane windows and doors from A-Z: - CODY with Quote : Arrived on time, transparency, no gimmicks, reasonable price, provided company information such as business license, workmanship liability, product warranties... - GREG and JUSTIN, the installers are awesome, they are professional, polite and friendly. They showed up on time and worked hard. The windows and doors look awesome. Greg even installed a peep hole on my entry door for FREE. They covered all furniture, working area and cleaned up spotlessly every day before they left. These two are assets to the company. - Good communication from Ginger, General Manager, Allen Hilton, sales manager to Joy, Mandy... the office's ladies and gentleman kept me informed through out the project. - They are in charge of paperwork to provide for MSFH to make sure that I get the reimbursement. - RYAN, the "Final Punch Out" and Quality Control person who is in charged of the final stage of the windows and doors replacements inspected and covered all nails holes, removed all stickers and make sure all doors and windows worked properly. -My hurricane windows and doors project went smoothly without a snag and got lot of compliments from my neighbors and friends. - A BIG thank you to everyone who is in charged of my project and I won't hesitate to refer this company to my relatives, friends and to everyone. -Absolute Window is a company that do what they say and say what they will do. What's not to like?

Only 3 ever sent estimates. Absolute sent 3 different estimates with 3 different manufacturer options. And every one of those options was VERY competitively priced! They also made it clear we could piecemeal the work (just do doors first, then windows... or just a couple windows at first, etc). They were VERY accomodating and willing to work within any financial issue that may have been cause for concern. In the end we went with all 16 windows, a 3-panel slider, a French door, and a slider being converted to French doors being replaced with hurricane glass/windows. My windows had a bit of a catch that made the contracting a bit more problematic but they rolled with it. The office staff was amazing at every step. "Responsive" doesnt even begin to cover it. When the work finally got started, we had a slider being converted to French door, and a previously installed French door that was done improperly. They knocked out the windows within a week. When they realized the installer had issues with the French doors, they sent another team out to help. They showed up at least 3 times to fix the issues from previous contractors (not from Absolute!) shoddy work and did not leave until the work was done right. They realized THEY made a slight mistake on one French door and didnt cut corners!! They removed and replaced both doors so the job was done right!! I don't recall all their names but definitely Ginger, Joyce, Shawna, Greg, and his partner as well as the other 2 from "Crew #2" that came out for the doors.. all deserve a raise for the stuff they dealt with in regards to my particular doors and windows. Ginger would have to be top of that list. She was ALWAYS communicating. I have dealt with a lot of contractors here in SWFL and can say I have NEVER come across a company that seems to treat every portion of the process, from sales to install, as if the house being worked on was their own. They were amazing and made the whole process way less stressful than it could have been. THANK YOU.

Roman's Home Improvement is hands-down the best remodeling company I've ever used…read more I contacted Roman shortly after buying a home in Naples and needing a long list of work done quickly and correctly. The project included enclosing an office by building a ten-foot-high wall with French doors, adding electrical and new lighting, tearing out and retrofitting kitchen cabinets, replacing recessed lighting, installing chandeliers, replacing plumbing fixtures, painting, and handling a variety of punch-list items. Within 24 hours, Roman came to my house, took excellent notes, and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He's humble, down-to-earth, and the kind of person you actually want working in your home. The very next day he returned with a highly competitive and detailed bid, estimating the job would take about 7 days. Not only did he deliver exactly what he promised -- he finished in 6 days -- but the real reason I'm writing this review is the quality of the workmanship. Roman and his assistant Matteo (another great guy) showed up every day with a great attitude and were ready to work. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly impressive. Everything on my list was completed to perfection. They also went above and beyond to accommodate multiple changes along the way. I was so happy with their work and professionalism that I asked them to stay on and complete additional projects beyond the original scope. Their pricing was fair, and the transformation was incredible -- my home went from "fixer-upper" to "Wow, this is pretty awesome!" I can't say enough good things about Roman's Home Improvement. I strongly recommend them -- in fact, my first referral was to a family member for an outdoor stone paver project, and it was the exact same experience: great guy, great price, great quality, and a great final result. If you're considering hiring Roman's Home Improvement, do it. You will be so happy you did!

My wife and I installed 5 new Storm Smart windows in our condo in November, 2023. As this is our…read morevacation home, we are not there full time, usually only in Feb & March each year. Since the installation, I would estimate the windows have been opened less than 10 times total. This year, upon arrival and while trying to open the windows to clean them, I noticed that one (1) would not open evenly, and another was very difficult to open. Upon inspection, I noticed that one of the rollers on one of the windows was completely broken off, and the other could not be adjusted. I contacted Storm Smart and explained the issue completely, i.e. both windows needed new rollers. I set up a service appointment and was assured the tech could repair during the visit as they had rollers on the truck. Despite the window parts still being under warranty, I had to pay $165 to set up the service call itself. The tech arrived on time for the service call and inspected the windows, determining that the rollers indeed needed to be replaced as I indicated. However, they DO NOT have replacement rollers on the truck so they would need to get from their facility, as well as come back with another tech to replace the rollers at an additional charge of $165 each! I contacted the service number to schedule a second visit and express my frustration that the tech was not able to repair during the first visit despite the assurances that he would be able to. Nonetheless, I set up the second appointment during that call and was never told I needed to again advance pay anything. On the morning of the scheduled second appointment, I received an email regarding payment. I contacted them by phone as the invoice sent was the same invoice from the first payment that I had previously paid. The representative was quite possibly the rudest customer service rep I have ever encountered. She indicated that despite my concerns that the billed invoice was already paid, she would cancel the tech that was already on his way unless I pre-paid again. I issued payment and one tech arrived, despite him telling me this was a 2 person job. He was ultimately able to repair the rollers himself. Upon inspection, the rollers themselves are metal (I was concerned they were plastic or nylon given how fast they wore out), but the housing they attach to are plastic and the tech explained they wear out quite quickly in the Florida climate! This would have been good to know prior to the installation. I would not recommend this company for their service as well as the quality of parts incorporated into the windows. While the tech was professional, the billing representative was extremely rude, even refusing to transfer my call to her supervisor; she just kept threatening to cancel the driver already in route. It is only due to the tech himself that I give this a "2-star rating". Moreover, to spend $330 to replace warrantied parts on windows less than 3 years old is shocking.
