Sadly, work that was supposed to have been completed by November did not get finished until May... and was only done in that timeframe because I continually followed up and threatened legal action. I experienced deceitfulness of what was initially installed compared to what I paid for, even though I am the customer I was deeply exposed to numerous operational issues on their end (i.e. inability to procure the glass I purchased, scratches and etching on the glass, tempering issues, shoddy workmanship), they cracked the marble on my shower curb but did nothing to compensate me, and to make matters worse, I have video surveillance of one of the guys going through my personal belongings! WORST CUSTOMER & QUALITY EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I would never recommend this company.

Not satisfied with waiting 4 weeks to have my kids sleep in their room, I continued my search. One company told me that they would not do a job that was less than 4 windows and other companies referred me back to the company with a 4 week wait. Luckily, I found Southwest Glass & Mirror and was impressed by the service right of the bat. They quoted me almost 50% lower than the medical glass clowns and had it fixed in less than a week. It was perfect timing because it was the first day that we returned home after the storm and my kids were able to sleep in their room. It was a much needed win when I can't get anyone to take care of our other storm damage and stress was high. Mason and Claudia fixed the window quickly and did a fantastic job! They even took extra steps to ensure safety when they realized it was a kid's room. I will never hire another glass company in this area and have been telling everyone affected by the storm to give them a call.
