If I could give a lower rating, I certainly would! This extremely unprofessional company came to our home in February of '22 to fix 3 windows. Mr. Fernandez (owner) came out and disassembled our kitchen window before realizing that he didn't have the correct parts. He left saying he would have his wife, Michelle, order the correct ballasts and he would return to fix the kitchen window as well as the others when the parts arrived. It is now 8 months later and we have never heard from these people or their company although we placed many calls. Calls were never returned. Recently I called and Michelle answered and said she was getting out of the shower and would call me back. She never did. We finally had to resort to a certified letter asking for our window that Mr Fernandez took apart be put back together again so we could use it. We also have brand new ballasts that Mr. Fernandez left behind that I would like to return to him. Mrs. Fernandez called after receiving our letter today. She was extremely rude and nasty as she felt our letter was threatening when we stated we may have to resort to contacting who originally referred their company as well as the BBB if we did not reach a positive response. In addition, when I asked how I could get the unused parts her husband left behind back to him, she told me to throw them out. She showed no regard to getting our disabled window that their company dismantled repaired. Michelle Fernandez very rudely told me to contact whoever regarding their abominable service and they don't care. I have been in Naples well over 70 years and this sort of attitude will not help or strengthen their business. read more

Fernando and his wife ( I love a family business! ) measured and installed beveled mirrored frames for our two huge bathroom mirrors. What difference the addition of the frames have made. The bathrooms are from the 1980's - one has been updated one has not - both have the same old mirrors - with the new mirrored frames - they look brightened up and brand new! The cost was a small price to pay for their expert service! Highly recommend! Warning, because they are so good at what they do, they're pretty busy! Steer clear! Completely unprofessional and unresponsive. Called back in June for 2 windows (rail/track problems) and earliest appointment for repair person would be middle of July. Told me to make sure we only paid in Cash. Repair person arrived, took a minute to look at the windows and said he has to order parts and Michelle would call me back. Called a week later for an update, no response and left message. Called again 2 days after that and Michelle says "well he's just been busy or you've been overlooked." Asked her if this is how they do business - she chose to not be professional or willing to provide any semblance of customer service and instead chose to be rude and sarcastic. Don't even bother with them. I will also be letting the realtor who referred us to them know not to bother giving any more referrals. Complete waste of time. read more

They did a fantastic job for me when the windows were basically unbalanced and stuck. The re balanced windows that I just thougth were bad windows and now they fly up and down, and they stay where I put them when they are part way. I simply can not recommend them enougth. read more

I called and spoke to FIXIN WINDOWS representative in mid-December to schedule an appointment to have my windows fixed. Based on the problem I explained she said it was probably the balancer that had broken. She asked me to measure so when the person came out to fix he would have the right replacement parts. We scheduled the appointment after the holidays in mid-January. In January when the person showed up I took him to the window and he confirmed it was the balancer and measured for the replacement part. He said he would be back when the parts came in. It's like my measurement the first time was not even remembered. Last week I called over three weeks after the repairman was out and the person had no knowledge of the status but assured me she would call me back. I called 24 hours later to get a status and rolled to voicemail. As of today, 5 days after my voicemail to FIXIN WINDOWS, no call backs or updates from them. Needless to say, I am back to square one and searching for a repairman. They like to tell you they are a small family business on their recorded message, I guess they are too small to deliver services that MEET expectations. Someone came to our house to measure the window we needed replaced. No one ever called to give us a price despite the employee telling us they had two panes of this glass in their shop. We called several times and Michelle would always say she would get back to us, but then would never call back. If they don't want the business, just tell us. Terrible customer service!! I had these guys replace sliding door rollers. My friend told me to contact fixin right after your the replacement as we couldn't even close the doors without wrestling them. But I told him you were nice people and it was close enough. A mistake. But after repairing my own rollers up north I realized how bad the work was. The wrong rollers were put in, too lazy to run to Home Depot it appears, So the sliders hit. Now I realize the rollers were damaged them so bad putting them in they don't even adjust. And he stripped the adjustment screw trying and never said a word. And now the problem got even worse the wresting match need to get them closed often pushes the heavy doors off the track. I called, they claimed they would honor their work. But didn't call back, days went by, they didn't pick up. I left a message saying I did not appreciate being screwed with, and then the guy calls me right back to cuss me out. Incompetent. Maybe even dangerous. Avoid dealing with them read more
