Mr. Fernandez (owner) came out and disassembled our kitchen window before realizing that he didn't have the correct parts. He left saying he would have his wife, Michelle, order the correct ballasts and he would return to fix the kitchen window as well as the others when the parts arrived. It is now 8 months later and we have never heard from these people or their company although we placed many calls. Calls were never returned. Recently I called and Michelle answered and said she was getting out of the shower and would call me back. She never did. We finally had to resort to a certified letter asking for our window that Mr Fernandez took apart be put back together again so we could use it. We also have brand new ballasts that Mr. Fernandez left behind that I would like to return to him. Mrs. Fernandez called after receiving our letter today. She was extremely rude and nasty as she felt our letter was threatening when we stated we may have to resort to contacting who originally referred their company as well as the BBB if we did not reach a positive response. In addition, when I asked how I could get the unused parts her husband left behind back to him, she told me to throw them out. She showed no regard to getting our disabled window that their company dismantled repaired. Michelle Fernandez very rudely told me to contact whoever regarding their abominable service and they don't care. I have been in Naples well over 70 years and this sort of attitude will not help or strengthen their business.

I called 10 companies as well as used the big manufacturer's "Find a Dealer" pages that send my…read moreinfo out, etc. Most of their contractors robo-responded with text messages. 6 called. 4 showed up to get measurements so they could give an estimate. Only 3 ever sent estimates. Absolute sent 3 different estimates with 3 different manufacturer options. And every one of those options was VERY competitively priced! They also made it clear we could piecemeal the work (just do doors first, then windows... or just a couple windows at first, etc). They were VERY accomodating and willing to work within any financial issue that may have been cause for concern. In the end we went with all 16 windows, a 3-panel slider, a French door, and a slider being converted to French doors being replaced with hurricane glass/windows. My windows had a bit of a catch that made the contracting a bit more problematic but they rolled with it. The office staff was amazing at every step. "Responsive" doesnt even begin to cover it. When the work finally got started, we had a slider being converted to French door, and a previously installed French door that was done improperly. They knocked out the windows within a week. When they realized the installer had issues with the French doors, they sent another team out to help. They showed up at least 3 times to fix the issues from previous contractors (not from Absolute!) shoddy work and did not leave until the work was done right. They realized THEY made a slight mistake on one French door and didnt cut corners!! They removed and replaced both doors so the job was done right!! I don't recall all their names but definitely Ginger, Joyce, Shawna, Greg, and his partner as well as the other 2 from "Crew #2" that came out for the doors.. all deserve a raise for the stuff they dealt with in regards to my particular doors and windows. Ginger would have to be top of that list. She was ALWAYS communicating. I have dealt with a lot of contractors here in SWFL and can say I have NEVER come across a company that seems to treat every portion of the process, from sales to install, as if the house being worked on was their own. I know that there is one owner here who knows how to do it & he arrived today from the north. A few months back, he said he would take a look. I have been trying to find someone since the beginning of September. Replacing all windows timeframe from window companies is 16-22 weeks currently, and cost is 19-22K. Many people here need this project completed and/or new windows.
