Beware! I was feeling knotted up and looking for somewhere I could get in right away and didn't cost much. I walked in and the woman motioned to a gentleman who had just walked in. He immediately took me back to one of the pop-up tents they use as rooms. He said, "Get undressed and lay on your stomach" and then turned around and walked out. Um, okay, nice to meet you too. He came back in a few minutes later and for about 15-20 minutes (of a 40 minute massage) he pushed and pulled and rubbed outside of the blanket. I'd never had someone do that and I was worried that it would be that way the whole time. I began smelling something that I assumed were his feet. After a few minutes, the smell was strong enough that I recognized it as cabbage. Another employee was heating up some seriously stinky food- not great in a place of "relaxation". Back to the massage. I told him that I had a number of knots in my back and a huge one on my right levator scapulae (I pointed it out- it frequently gives me trouble). He immediately began grinding on it like it had slapped his mother! I like a good amount of pressure and don't mind a bit of discomfort when getting a knot loosened but holy hell! He was rough! Every time he found a new knot, he started beating it immediately and I had to tell him to lighten up a bit. Usually you start soft and work up the pressure on knots like that. He pushed on the backs of my legs in three spots and only touched my arms to change their position. It wasn't a full-body massage. It was a severe back rub. Anyway, it's 24 hours later and I am in more pain than I was when I walked in there. I feel stiff and my muscles are so sore you'd think I had been in a UFC fight. I am NOT happy to say the least. The main reason for 2 stars is because I don't want Yelp to filter out my review. The mall noise was not pleasant either- especially the small child screaming the same word over and over for 20 solid minutes. read more

I was staying nearby for a convention at OCC and had a late start one day, so decided to walk over and get out the kinks from my miserable flight the previous day. It's no frills here, for sure, with pop-up festival tents forming the "rooms", but it's removed enough from the rest of the mall to be nice and quiet, and the massage was just what I needed, and the therapist pinpointed all the knots well. I only had time for 40 minutes, but would have loved to stay longer. The mini bottle of water at checkout was a nice touch. Worth every penny! read more

This place is great! I've had their reflexology and my boyfriend has gotten a massage. The prices are reasonable with a lot of options and the space is converted nicely considering it's in a mall. My only complaint is I wish they had non-mall hours...but totally not in their control :) read more

I cannot say enough good things about Regime! Basically, it's the best kept secret in Portland. It's a no-frills place located in Lloyd Center Mall. We came right when they opened (10:00am) so we couldn't hear any mall traffic. They also had music playing and low lighting, which was very relaxing. At most places, you pay for an hour massage but the actual massage is only 45-50 minutes because of consultation & undressing. Not here. I got a full, one hour (very) deep tissue massage, literally from head to toe...and with hot stone (you usually have to pay extra for that, but it's included in the massage!) It was amazing! Also, I felt most comfortable with a female masseuse because they massage your butt muscles ;) Be prepared for a bit of pain (they find every knot...everywhere...and work it out until it's gone!) but you will be the most relaxed & refreshed you've ever been after a massage. Truly the best massage I've ever had, at the most affordable price. This is officially my new spot! read more

This little shop was located on the end of the mall. My friend and I were visiting from California and wanted something short and cheap to relax our nerves. We walked by and asked for 2 massages for 30 min each ($28). We were taken into the tent like separate rooms and had a great 30 min massage with oils and hot stones. We will be back! read more

Best massage ever! And the prices are great! No private rooms, but plenty of privacy with the pop-up cubicles. Music was very relaxing yet just enough volume to block out the mall noise. I'll sacrifice ambiance for getting rid of pain any day! My masseuse was Walden and he was very talented. I didn't even have to tell him where the pain and kinks were; he focused on them without any prompting. I was having a hard time finding a massage parlor that could get my boyfriend and myself in for a massage today until I found this place. Called them up and they were able to get us in immediately. They have 4 massage beds which are in their own little cubicles. They have the lights dim and soothing music however it is in the mall so you do hear the mall traffic, but for me that didn't matter. We got 30 minutes body massages which include the hot stones for $26/each. The massage was great and my massage guy really worked out the many many knots I have in my upper back.
