They are just that incredible at what they do. I made my way to them when I was deep in a trauma response and, without them, I'm not sure I would have made my way to healing. Their work goes beyond just incredible technique and far into integrated healing of body, mind, and heart. The space itself emits calming and grounding energy and offers welcome to everyone regardless of where they are at physically or emotionally. The scheduling process is far and away the easiest I've ever interacted with. Everyone who can should visit. I promise, they'll be back.

She's incredibly intuitive and found every single knot/sore spot in my body. Her pressure was also perfect - I love deep tissue but she knew exactly when to ease off so it didn't become unbearable at any point. It's rare that a therapist could deliver such a perfect massage that I have zero feedback. Since returning to LA, I've been on the hunt for a therapist who is as skilled as Ashley but no one even comes close. Portland, you are lucky!

I was greeted by name and offered the restroom. My massage therapist came out promptly, Aaron, I think he was. He to me into the back and I got my first surprise. The place was minimalistic - tan, brown, and beige with wood. Calm and clean. The back gives the appearance of a long row of tents rather than a hallway with rooms. It felt rustic, and that was heightened by the sounds of the ocean waves playing during the massage. The massage was deep and, as expected, occasionally painful. He checked in with me about the pressure and I encouraged him to dig in. The massage felt good, my only regret is getting only a 50 minute massage.
