The other staff was super sweet, especially the reception desk who worked with me to reschedule last minute. There's also parking, which is a huge plus. I didn't know before, but still found street parking only a block away. I also thoroughly enjoyed the salt room, such a cool touch. I've had massages in sterile white rooms before, but the salt room was fun. I will definitely be back.

They were friendly but not in that fake way that you see in a lot of the surface industry. I was offered a choice between tea and water and was given my paperwork to fill out. My facial with Terril was very relaxing. We went into the treatment room and discuss what my concerns were with my skin and what I was hoping to get out of my appointment. Terril was very attentive, asking questions along the way. One thing I really liked was that the table was heated because I've been having some issues with my back that make it uncomfortable to lay down so having that heated surface under my back made my appointment even more relaxing. My skin felt amazing when she was done, even though she had to do a few extractions. I was so pleased that I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for a few months out so that my skin will be able to recover from the upcoming summer months. I highly recommend checking out this wonderful little spa and I look forward to returning for my next facial.

I've had a lot of massages from a lot of therapists, so I'm very particular, especially when it comes to deep pressure. I like it very deep, but it has to be skilled deep, not just someone muscling through it. After my longtime therapist at another studio left, I found my way back to The NOW and started going to the downtown location. Turned out my old therapist was at this location I was so excited because he was amazing. One day I went to book him and found he had left. I was honestly worried I'd be back to square one. Amber, the manager, stepped in and assured me she would pair me with one of their folks that specialized in deep pressure and recommended Colin. I was a bit skeptical. Let me just say, Amber nailed it. Colin is phenomenal. He is one of the best massage therapists I've had, easily top tier. I've now seen him several times, and he consistently delivers exactly what I need. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders, and he knows how to get in there with precision and intention. It absolutely hurts so good in the best possible way. Beyond the technical skill, Colin is just a wonderful human. Professional, attentive, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work. If you're someone who likes deep, effective massage and have struggled to find the right therapist, book with him if you can. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommend.

When you sign up for a subscription online, you must be able to cancel it online. Requiring customers to call and submit written notice creates unnecessary barriers and is inconsistent with the Federal Trade Commission's "click-to-cancel" rule under the Negative Option Rule. In addition, requiring a 30-day notice period results in customers being charged for an additional month even after requesting cancellation. Further, although customers have already paid for services--including those accrued during the notice period--those services are subject to a 90-day expiration. After that, they are forfeited with no refund or extension. Similar practices involving expiring paid credits have been challenged in cases involving companies such as Audible. These policies raise significant consumer protection concerns and should be reviewed.

They are in a temporary facility which is just as lovely as the permanent home, and it feels so relaxing just to enter the space. The admin staff are kind and helpful, booking and using insurance is easy, and even their waitlist process for popular therapists is easy and efficient. Paige Anderson is my chiropractor and I've been seen by her for years. Her style of adjustments is quick and effective without feeling wrenching, and she is very intuitive in seeking out where your stuck points are. She is probably the best chiropractor I've seen and I'd follow her anywhere, though I hope she stays here. Massage is always good here with some really talented therapists. I haven't tried acupuncture here yet but that's next on my list! If I have any complaints it's that it's important to book ahead because they do fill up, which is more of a my crazy schedule issue than anything. Thanks, yall, for being so awesome!

I recommend using their referral system to get 20% your visit, especially for first timers. Unlimited tea was a huge perk. All the accessories you would need are provided: shower/spa shoes, towels (multiple types), their own line of yummy shampoo, conditioner and lotion. They even have a drying machine to cycle out the water in your swim suit. Love that there are multiple sections (hot soaking pool, warm still water, cold plunge, sauna, steam room infused with eucalyptus) to go through and that there's a guide for how to rotate through the spaces on the wall. The steam room was my favorite. Also love the outdoor balcony section with lots of chairs to soak in sunshine or lounge with a book. In my experience, service is super friendly esp with the mini locker room rundown. Water pressure and temperature is very finnicky in the shower stalls, but they were very spacious. However the women's bathroom portion can start to feel very small during certain waves of people coming in and out.

Think 24 Hour Fitness, but make it wellness. Hot tub, steam, sauna... clean, simple, and the staff are genuinely great. No complaints there. But the experience itself? It's just... basic. Cascada, on the other hand, is a whole different level. The comparison honestly feels like Spirit vs Delta, Holiday Inn vs The Ritz, Nissan vs Lexus. Once you've experienced that level of intention, design, and atmosphere, it's hard to go back. Knot Springs isn't bad, it's just not that. If you're looking for a straightforward soak, it'll do the job. But if you're chasing an elevated, immersive wellness experience... you might leave wanting more.

If only we knew that this ugly virus would rear its ugly head, we would have rescheduled sooner. But I'm always trying to save money, thus spreading the massages out way too far, albeit needing them for serious pain relief, not simply light relaxation massage.   Most of my massages are face up, focused on my head, neck and temples, unfortunately high risk infection areas for both people with our nose, eyes and month too close. Thus I would be happy to have a feet only massage since they hurt now too from my walks. I'm walking twice a week now lol. What I propose is a temporary small hole made between the 2 massage rooms where only your feet stick out, a glory hole for your feet if you will. Hopefully you are 6+ feet tall, I'm not even close lol. But this will allow for distance whilst still getting massage for pain relief on both feets ;)....but only one at a time please to keep the hole small for safety. I'm just try'na think outside the box/hole.
