Having set up my things, my next stop was the shower table, an exquisite opportunity to clean off the day's remnants before the massage. In the massage room, I lay face down while Vay Vay worked out the tension in my neck and shoulders, continuing on to my legs. I got so relaxed I drifted off briefly a couple of times. She has a wonderful, caring technique. After my back, I turned over and Vay Vay worked on my front, making sure at several points that things were going well. I raised myself up a bit to watch her work out my knots but thanks to the earlier part of the massage, I already felt loose and too relaxed to hold myself up in a partial crunch just yet. At the close she gave me a Dixie Cup of water; it's important to hydrate after a good massage. Vay Vay is a charming delight; I look forward to returning to Sunshine Massage when my budget permits. She focused mainly on my right leg, spent like 15 mins on my left leg and 30 minutes on my right.. I got bored of the same techniques. She wanted me to take off my necklace which is a first and unheard of move by anybody that I ever got a massage from. Coughed more than 10 times, but she got a mask on. When she had me turnover for my back massage, she let go of my head rest without care and my whole head just quickly fell with the head rest from an elevated angle all the way to the lowest which is straight like a table.
